    Tanker Fire Closes BQE Truck Overturns, Spills Fuel Oil(CBS) QUEENS A tanker truck overturned on the BQE, spilling 8,000 gallons of fuel oil. The truck is fully engulfed in flames. Smoke is visible from as far away as New Jersey. The BQE is closed in both directions at Broadway in Jackson Heights. There is no official word on any injuries.
