A Montana couple has been charged after allegedly letting a 2-year-old boy smoke marijuana. Lucas Keith Wilson and Camilla Rose Samuels have been charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The total: $91,747.52 for 2,003 man hours, Sheriff Jim Cashell said.
