Video obtained by Fox News reporter Bill Melugin shows a Biden Border Patrol agent cutting a razor wire fence on private property on the Eagle Pass, Texas side of the Rio Grande to allow illegal aliens to enter the U.S. .... Snip.... More than a dozen men, women, children and infants are seen being let in the cut razor wire fence by the agent. A coyote can be seen turning back his fan motorboat after unloading his human cargo and heading unmolested back to Mexico. Melugin reported the Texas Department of Public Safety said they had permission from the property...

The Biden administration is handing out flyers to our Border Patrol agents which are labeled as ‘Black Resistance’ and covered in terms like ‘black power’ and ‘Black Lives Matter.’ This is a perfect example of the priorities of the Biden admin. They care more about spreading their ‘woke’ progressive talking points than they do about protecting our southern border. The Washington Free Beacon reports: Biden Admin Distributes ‘Black Resistance’ Flyers to Border Agents The Biden administration distributed “Black Resistance” flyers to U.S. Border Patrol agents that celebrated the Black Lives Matter movement and anti-American activist Colin Kaepernick, causing a stir...

The Department of Homeland Security is preparing to discipline "multiple" horseback Border Patrol agents involved in the infamous "whipping" incident of Haitian migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border back in September. A federal source told Fox News an announcement on the matter is expected within the coming days. The source said that DHS will be putting forth proposals to discipline the agents who will have a chance to respond to the charges. The charges, Fox News is told, are "administrative violations," and do not amount to criminal conduct – of which the agents were previously cleared. Images emerged in September of...

Border Patrol agents have been reduced to “professional child care providers” for illegal immigrants, warming burritos and babysitting the families and unaccompanied children who are surging across the border at an increasing rate, the agents’ frustrated chief told Congress on Wednesday. Chief Mark Morgan, who was tapped to lead the agency in June, said he has had to pull hundreds of his agents from patrolling against drugs and illegal border crossers in Arizona and California and shipped them to Texas, where they would be manning what amounts to day care holding centers, stocking baby powder and placing requisition orders for...

Two brothers who worked as Border Patrol agents were sentenced to at least 30 years in prison each for smuggling hundreds of immigrants into the United States, crimes that the judge termed a threat to national security. U.S. District Court Judge John Houston sentenced Raul Villarreal on Friday to 35 years in prison for being the ring leader and ordered him to pay a $250,000 fine. His brother, Fidel Villarreal, was sentenced to 30 years for managing the illicit business. The sentences are among the longest given to border law enforcement officials for corruption.

The Judiciary Committee hearing chaired by California Democrat Dianne Feinstein took exception to how the case was handled. Ramos and Compean fired at him 15 times, hitting him once before he got away. Compean gathered up the shell casings, and the two agents filed a false report leaving out the shooting. Border agents discharge their weapons all the time - 144 agents have done it throughout the past two years - without being prosecuted. What's impermissible is to shoot someone who represents no threat. It turned out Aldrete-Davila's van contained roughly 750 pounds of marijuana... but doesn't justify shooting him...

WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Bush issued 16 pardons Thursday and commuted the sentence of an Iowa man convicted of drug charges. Six of the federal offenses were drug crimes, while others included bank fraud, mail fraud, the acceptance of a kickback, a false statement on a loan application and conspiracy to defraud the government over taxes. Seven of the 16 received no prison or jail time, instead getting probation or a reduction in their military pensions. The longest sentence was nine years, for aiding cocaine distribution, followed by a six-year term for conspiracy to possess marijuana. With this batch, Bush...

With lawmakers from the House and Senate yet to reconcile their competing immigration bills and President Bush still touting a temporary worker program, some rank-and-file defenders of the border are lambasting the notion that deporting illegal aliens is impractical. Moreover, they view this solution as a betrayal to those who have risked their lives patrolling the borders. The National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) union represents the U.S. Border Patrol's 10,000 non-supervisory agents. The largest local of the NBPC is Local 2544, headquartered in Tucson, Arizona - a busy sector accounting for more than half of the 1.15 million illegal aliens...

September 8, 2005 — Several Border Patrol agents were involved in a shooting near the Hidalgo port of entry Saturday. The Mexican consulate in McAllen was notified when the incident occurred, said vice consul Sandra Mendoza, but they have yet to receive a written report. “It is very important for the Mexican government to investigate all incidents along the border,” Mendoza said. “In this case the agent shot a Mexican national and we are asking that the Border Patrol provide us with a report about this case.” Border Patrol spokesman Roy Cervantes confirmed a shooting took place but would not...
