I'm a regular viewer of The Factor and over the past few months, I've heard O'Reilly state in so many words, and on more than one occasion, that Herman Cain is not going to be the GOP nominee. Summer visitors to Lake Powell will experience water levels last seen ten years ago, according to a new report by the Bureau of Reclamation.
