At a tumultuous meeting of anti-Vietnam War militants at the Chicago Coliseum in 1969, Bill Ayers helped found the radical Weathermen, launching a campaign of bombings that would target the Pentagon and United States Capitol.

Bill Ayers is one strange guy. Ayers was one of the founders of the radical 1960's group the Weather Underground. His group was responsible for bombing the Pentagon, the U.S. Capitol and a New York police station as a way of protesting American involvement in the Vietnam War. He is also credited with launching the political career of President Barack Obama. They lived in the same neighborhood, their wives worked together, and Ayers hosted a fundraiser for a young Obama back in 1995. Ayers has long been unrepentant about his anti government activities during the 1960’s, despite the fact that...

Andrew Wilkow’s show on TheBlaze TV Monday took a break from analyzing the usual Washington dysfunction to put the spotlight on a news story that has been out of the headlines for some time, but not forgotten. Through the late 1960s to early 198os members of the far-left organization The Weather Underground bombed banks and various government buildings, led jailbreaks, incited riots, committed arson, and ultimately attempted an armored car robbery that left two policemen and a security guard dead. Formed in 1969 with the goal of toppling the U.S. government, some of the defunct organization’s members now hold positions...

Weatherman domestic terrorist Bill Ayers is now confirming what the White House has previously denied – that he held a fundraiser in his living room for Barack Obama. That 1995 meeting was said to have launched Obama’s political career. In an October 2008 interview on MSNBC host Chris Matthews’ show, Robert Gibbs, a spokesman for Obama’s presidential campaign, categorically denied the fundraiser was ever held. Matthews asked Gibbs: “Did [Ayers] have a fundraiser for [Obama], or not?” Gibbs, who would become the White House spokesman, replied: “No, he did not have a fundraiser for our candidate as he said ten...

I just heard another Republican politico, a state senator here in Georgia, at a meeting, claim that Common Core is not a federalized education curriculum, but a “state-led” education reform initiative. He could have been reading from a press release sent by the Obama Department of Education. In reality, Common Core was attached to millions of dollars in stimulus funds that were dangled by the feds before the states in a contest called “Race to the Top” during the 2009 economic crisis. The attached Common Core standards were not even written when states signed up. Writing the standards and attached...

- FrontPage Magazine - http://frontpagemag.com - Terrorist Bill Ayers: From Bombs to ObamaPosted By Bosch Fawstin On April 3, 2013 @ 12:40 am In Daily Mailer,FrontPage | 5 Comments Terrorist Bill Ayers, who likes to call himself professor these days, is a long-time friend of Barack Benghazi Obama. If this is news to you, blame the Obamedia, whoÂ’ve done all they can to cover up this connection. If there was one thing that should have derailed ObamaÂ’s path to high office, it should have been his long-time friendship with the unrepentant terrorist. Clearly, the media didnÂ’t give a damn about...

What the hiring of convicted killer Kathy Boudin tells us about the Left’s depraved rule over academia. This article first appeared at National Review Online. People who ask how it is possible that a convicted killer — a participant in a failed plot to blow up a social dance attended by 18-year-old draftees and their dates; a murderess who abetted the cold-blooded massacre of three law-enforcement officers, including the first African-American on the Nyack police force; a woman whose actions left nine children fatherless and who has shown no genuine remorse for that — should be hired as an adjunct...

Paroled Weather Underground Radical Now Columbia Professor BY: Washington Free Beacon Staff April 2, 2013 9:43 am Former Weather Underground radical Kathy Boudin, who served 22 years in prison for her role in an armored-car robbery that left three dead in 1981, now has an adjunct professorship at Columbia University’s School of Social Work, the New York Post reports: Boudin’s status of perp-turned-prof outraged the widow of one of her victims, Brinks guard and dad of three Peter Paige, who was gunned down by her accomplices from the Black Liberation Army on Oct. 20, 1981, in Rockland County.Boudin acted as...

MOORHEAD, Minnesota (BHN) - Former Weather Underground domestic terrorist Bill Ayers was awarded the prestigious title of "Visiting Scholar" by Minnesota State University and Pot Emporium last month. "Dr. Ayers embodies everything we want to indoctri, er, teach our students, that's why. He's really smart," replied a University spokesman when asked how any legitimate school could honor an unrepentant attempted-murderer Godless hippie anti-American commie social retard. Past recipients of MSU&PE's Visiting Scholar title include Jane Fonda and John Kerry.70s domestic terrorist Bill Ayers (left) and unidentified friend (file photo)

Snip: It doesn’t stop there. The Democratic Party’s concerted attacks on the Second Amendment are surely disquieting. Moreover, new reports circulating about some of the Obama administration’s latest maneuvers, must, if they are true, be squarely confronted and made sense of. At the same time that ordinary Americans may be deprived of their guns, or forced to scale back on legitimate ownership of certain models and magazine capacities, the Department of Homeland Security has ordered millions of weapons and over a billion rounds of hollow-point bullets (banned internationally), as well as riot gear and other military equipment. The NOAA (National...

Barack Obama did not bring us to this first circle of hell on his own. He was aided and abetted by 1) an education system with a relentless propaganda agenda, 2) a media oligopoly that has completely abrogated its First Amendment responsibility and 3) a celebrity dominated culture that is largely a product of the first two. We begin today with a look at: I. The Education System In a previous post I covered how the public education system fell under the thrall of postmodernism – simply a new name for all the old socialist/communist/relativist claptrap. Some of the...

Hence the failure to mention Gaddafi by name. From July 17, 2010 (American Thinker): Remember as a kid drawing connect-the-dots pictures? Simply follow the dots and a clear picture emerges. As an adult, connecting the dots of Obama’s actions leads to an oxymoronic picture. A clear picture of a murky web. Obama’s actions continually link him to people and causes that the majority of Americans do not support. The recent event of another aid ship sailing to Gaza is an example of to whom and what the strands of Obama’s web link him, and unfortunately America. Last year, right around...

“If we want change to come, we would do well not to look at the sites of power we have no access to – the White House, even the Congress, the Pentagon – these are not the sites we have access to. “But lo and behold, we have absolute access to the community, the school, the neighborhood, the street, the classroom, the workplace, the shop, the farm – why are we ignoring that and saying ‘I hope Obama makes peace.’ Forget about it. He’s not going to do anything if you don’t do something. Our job is movement building.”

Why has the American society changed so drastically in the past few decades? How did the feminist movement get started? How did Obama get elected? Why are there so many single parent families? Where is God?

Teach for America has been a breath of fresh air for public schools around the nation. The group recruits top college graduates to spend several years teaching is some of our nation’s worst schools. Most of these graduates did not plan to become professional educators, but they want to make a difference in troubled communities. They are focused on helping underprivileged children learn, and they have little interest in compensation issues or union political schemes. That, of course, does not sit well with teachers union officials. They think Teach for America instructors are invading their turf and taking job security...

Back in those quaint days when KGB-supported communist subversives planning to overthrow a republic had to meet in secret to discuss their operations, William Ayers and his chums reportedly opined that during the post-revolutionary period of normalization, approximately twenty-five million Americans (ten percent) would have to be executed. Today, however, I have good news: that number may now be reassessed at as low as ten million, which, when one factors in the increase in the overall American population since the original estimate was made, suggests as much as a seventy percent savings in the government's stockpile of ammunition. There's a...

The Chicago Teachers Union is not just about looking out for its members’ interests. The union wants to fundamentally change America, too. That shift occurred when the radical Karen Lewis was elected as its president two years ago. She’s best known for mocking U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan’s lisp and for taking on - and defeating - Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel in the district’s first teachers’ strike in a generation. CTU leaders have been on a victory lap of sorts since the September strike, with union activists seeing themselves as protectors of union power during a time of membership...

Bill Ayers, former domestic terrorist-turned university professor, reemerged earlier this month to explain how the Left’s access to schools and neighborhoods will help them shape the future of America. Speaking at a New York University “Change the Stakes” meeting on Dec. 4, he said the Left must utilize the existing “movements on the ground.” In the video, obtained by EAGnews.org, Ayers also first blasts conservatives for portraying President Barack Obama as a “secret Muslim” and a “secret sociopath,” running around with “terrorists and Arabs.” He lamented the fact that many liberals felt like Obama was “winking” at them while he...
