A SUNY Brockport student from West Seneca and a Genesee County man have been arrested for allegedly forcing a dog to be held upside down and drink beer. Brockport Police report that Robert Yates, 20, took a photo of the dog being held over the beer keg and posted it to Twitter at a Saturday night house party.
