Radio host Glenn Beck had a dire message for those hoping to hear a pep talk at the Red State Gathering of Republicans in Denver on Friday. “The GOP is over,” said Beck, hours before his keynote speech that was supposed to unify conservatives at the conference. Beck spoke at the gathering, meant to organize grassroots Republicans operations just 90 days from the November election. He scolded conservatives as more and more Republicans try to distance themselves from Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

In an interview with NPR today, Beck likened “Black Lives Matter” to someone sitting at a table and “everybody gets pie except for you.” Beck said if that person complains “my pie matters” and the response they get it “all pie matters,” then “it shows that the people at the table aren’t really listening.”

Conservative TV and radio host Glenn beck is suing Chris Balfe, the former CEO who used to run his news network The Blaze and helped grow Beck's empire, according to LawNewz.com. Balfe is accused of breach of contract, general mismanagement, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud, according to the lawsuit. Beck's production and operating company, Mercury Radio Arts, filed the July 29 complaint which accuses Balfe of being a "terrible executive" who caused "substantial harm” through “deliberate mismanagement."
