<p>LEWISTON, Maine — Police in Maine say they used pepper spray to break up an alcohol-fueled college party and arrested 11 young people.</p> <p>Lewiston Police Chief Michael Bussiere says 250 to 300 people gathered early Wednesday for a Bates College senior ritual called "return to your freshman dorm." Police were summoned by campus security after students in the street refused to make way for an ambulance.</p>
