Charles Wade was arrested in April on prostitution and child trafficking charges. On April 25, he really got himself in a fix. He was arrested and charged with human trafficking and several prostitution-related charges. The police report notes, that as part of the charges, he is accused of allegedly pimping out a 17 year old girl in Prince George’s County, Maryland. So far, the Mainstream Media has been reluctant to share Mr. Wade’s current legal troubles. The Obama White House has no comment as well. A prominent Black Lives matter activist in St. Louis was arrested in April and faces charges of human trafficking and prostitution against a 17-year-old girl. The activist, Charles Wade, said in a statement that he was helping the girl, who he believed to be 20, obtain temporary housing. Wade runs Operation Help or Hush, a charity that says it provides housing, food assistance and other forms of direct aid to both activists and local residents in general. Conservative news site The Daily Caller appears to have been the first to run a story about his arrest, but copies of the...

Show trial against officer ends in acquittal A white Baltimore police officer accused of wrongdoing in the highly politicized death of black career criminal Freddie Gray last year that sparked days of rioting has been completely exonerated by the courts. No matter what Baltimore’s corrupt Democrat-controlled political machine tries, it can’t manage to convict anyone in the unusual April 19, 2015 death of Gray, a 25-year-old man with a long arrest record. Gray passed away a week after his arrest after apparently suffering ultimately fatal injuries during transport in a police paddy wagon.

Baltimore city residents expressed disappointment in response to the city circuit court Monday finding a police officer not guilty in connection to the death of Freddie Gray. Officer Edward Nero was charged with several misdemeanor offenses after Gray died April, 2015, in his custody. Baltimore Circuit Judge Barry Williams found Nero not guilty of all charges just over a year later. Residents were not surprised given what they saw as racial bias in the criminal justice system. “White people are turning a blind eye,” resident Mumin Soweto told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “We’re not the ones stirring up the...

The officer should not have been charged in the first place. The second officer to be tried in the Baltimore prosecutions arising out of Freddie Gray’s death in April 2015 has been acquitted in a bench trial. The case against the officer, Edward Nero, was among the most inane brought by the incompetent, race-baiting prosecutor, Marilyn Mosby. As we’ve previously recounted, Gray died after suffering a severe spinal injury while in custody in a police van. Back in December, the first officer to be tried, William G. Porter, got a mistrial after a hung jury and is to be retried...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: Baltimore. Freddie Gray. Arresting officer Edward Nero found not guilty on all charges. Not guilty on every single charge. He rejected a jury trial and chose a bench trial. For those of you in Rio Linda, that means he let the judge decide. It was a wise, wise move. He obviously figured he couldn't get a fair and impartial jury in Baltimore, given the racial component here. Now, this case... Let's go back and listen to Marilyn Mosby. She's the state attorney here, and this is the day -- it's May 1st of 2015, a little over...

A judge found Baltimore police officer Edward Nero not guilty today on all four charges for his role in the events leading up to the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray. Nero, 30, had been charged with second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and two counts of misconduct in office, all stemming from his actions during the initial stop and arrest of Gray, who suffered a catastrophic spinal injury while in police custody. Gray died one week later on April 19, 2015, and his death sparked days of violent protests in Baltimore.

Maryland’s highest court has released an opinion explaining its recent decision to force an officer charged in the death of Freddie Gray to testify against his colleagues. The Maryland Court of Appeals issued its opinion Friday. The number of ballots cast at the polls was higher than the number of check-ins at...
