Police are now tracking down a woman suspected of stuffing her own baby into the water tank of a toilet, at a Bulacan hospital sometime last week. Hospital staff discovered the baby following complaints of a foul smell from the restroom of the emergency room, GMA News' Susan Enriquez reported on "24 Oras."
