Ottawa (AFP) - A 14-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl were charged Friday with assaulting a mother and trying to steal her baby in a random attack on a Toronto street, police said.
Inspector Art Little of the Toronto Police Service called it a "unique" and "shocking" crime.
"This is a very alarming situation... (and) a major cause for concern," given the obvious vulnerability of the victim and the very young age of her alleged assailants, he told a nationally-televised press conference.

The kids may know people who will give them drugs or cash money for a healthy, white baby. Some will wish to adopt and care for the child, while others have less savory, more prurient intentions.
I took a quick look on CBC Television at a court room sketch of their appearance. I double checked on the CBC on line court room sketch. Simple as the sketching was, there was a black oblong block over part of the faces.
Sad as it is, both youths are either black or brown faced persons. They were said to have been sort of looking bewildered in the court room. Thank the Lord it was not any worse. The poor lady must be suffering over this in any case.
When will the Democraps be charged with killing babies?
The mother already seems to be alone as a single parent, now this in her own neighborhood. Hopefully, she will find enough support to take her child outside again for fresh air and sun. Some people would be completely traumatized by this, which would be understandable. Some of these same people will inadvertently pass on the fear of everything unknown to their children.
We now know she fought desperately to get her baby back. We heard her voice and saw her hands clasped together on the television coverage. I hope the good people around her will rally and tell her what a heroine she is. Keep strong for the child.

I agree. The purse snatching thing shows they are after money.
I suspect they were motivated by the anti white hate pushed by schools and media, and wanted to do their part by killing a white child.

I don’t see where it says she’s a single parent. The Canadian linked story says they stole her wedding ring which was in her back pack. I hope her husband is around to protect his own.
Meanwhile we Freepers are all together in wishing this brave woman well. I will follow the evidence and if these young persons shed light on their follow, I will post it. Dormant post though it may be.

You could be right. I will keep a good look out for any leaked information. The press even blanked out the parents faces when they honed in on the arraignment of the youths.
Seemingly sparse on Middle Eastern demographics. With a population of 625,000 there are 10% Muslims which is 60,000 persons
