Do you recall that supposedly autonomous "CHOP" zone (originally "CHAZ) that was set up in Seattle at the height of the BLM riots? That turned out to be an unmitigated disaster in many ways. Unfortunately, when the socialists come up with a bad idea that appears to work, even for a little while, others take notice and begin to imitate them. That appears to be what's happening in Zuccotti Park in New York City this week. But instead of Black Lives Matter activists, this one is being organized by a curious combination of pro-Hamas antisemites and transgender activists. The usual...

The mayor of Seattle is calling on the city to rebuild its depleted police force after six separate shootings rocked Washington state's largest metropolitan area over the weekend. "As a city, we cannot continue on this current trajectory of losing police officers," Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan said during a Monday press conference. "Over the past 17 months, the Seattle Police Department has lost 250 police officers which is the equivalent of over 300,000 service hours. We’re on path to losing 300 police officers." Durkan added that the weekend violence is a "reminder" that there are certain emergency situations that require...

Special rules for honkies entering George Floyd Square posted. GFS now an Autonomous Zone, crime sky high. FUBAR. Dramatic reading with commentary of honky rules.

A "George Floyd Autonomous Zone" has been created in Minneapolis that has a list of "rules for white people." According to the bulletin, white people must abide by these ridiculous rules in order to enter the area, which was created around where Floyd died last May. Entering the area as a white person comes with potential risks if you make the mistake of behaving in a “problematic” manner. All visitors are asked to wear face masks and act with “humility,” but a lengthier list of rules for white people explains how they will be treated differently.

Seattle's "Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone" is back, apparently, after what was previously referred to as CHOP drove headlines this summer after police belatedly moved to dismantle large portions of it. It has managed to survive, in it's current form emerging recently at Cal Anderson Park as more of a homeless shelter occupying a public park. But the central irony no doubt missed by those advocating it as some kind of model far-Left utopia is that this week the encampment has erected a large "border wall" after the city announced authorities plan on clearing the area.Newsweek reports Friday that a "border wall...

Update below. It’s like a scene from a dystopian movie. Antifa and Black Lives Matter™ radicals take over and squat in a Portland house belonging to someone else. Neighbors sound the alarm. Police come months later to force them to leave. Antifa takes over the street in front of the house. All hell breaks loose and cops are attacked. This is the backstory to what’s happening right now on the ground in a neighborhood that Portland antifa radicals have essentially taken over since yesterday. They’ve blocked the street, erected walls, and now essentially hold a neighborhood hostage. At 5 a.m. on Tuesday, Portland...

Mayor Ted Wheeler (D) of Portland, Oregon, promised Tuesday that police would remove radical left-wing protesters from an area they had occupied in the city: “There will be no autonomous zone in Portland.” As Breitbart News reported, anti-eviction protesters attacked police officers on Tuesday and set up an “autonomous zone” at the “Red House” Tuesday, setting up barricades.

It’s an “open” rebellion. A Staten Island pub located in a coronavirus hot spot is stealing a page from Seattle’s anarchist cookbook, declaring itself an “autonomous zone,” free from the public-safety restrictions its owners say they will refuse to abide by. “!ATTENTION! We hereby declare this establishment an !!!AUTONOMOUS ZONE!!!” read signs outside and around Mac’s Public House in Grant City, invoking a phrase more commonly associated with the monthlong occupation of Capitol Hill in the Emerald City by anti-cop radicals. “We refuse to abide by any rules and regulations put forth by the Mayor of NYC and Governor of...

...FBI Director Christopher Wray doesn’t necessarily find himself in the same company as Jong-Fast, but he’s also apparently not a believer in the notion that antifa groups pose any sort of serious threat. In fact, he’s not even necessarily a believer that antifa groups really exist. Instead, Wray indicated during a House Homeland Security Committee hearing on Thursday that antifa is more of a ideological view of the world.... To the extent it is an ideology, however, Texas GOP Rep. Dan Crenshaw thought Wray was “downplaying” the effects of it. “I’ve heard many members of this body, of this committee,...

The Department of Justice is looking into whether federal charges can be brought against Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan over her failure to crack down on a so-called “autonomous zone” controlled for weeks by rioters. Attorney General William Barr has tasked the DOJ’s civil rights division with investigating whether charges can be brought against Durkan, The New York Times reported on Wednesday evening citing two people familiar with the discussions. Barr has also asked federal prosecutors to consider charging rioters with sedition and insurrection against the United States government, according to The Wall Street Journal. Rioters took over several city blocks...

Portland PoliceAntifa radicals have been attacking law enforcement for over 45 days in Portland, concentrating in the last couple of weeks on the federal courthouse, as we have reported. This hasn’t been a protest, it’s been a war, with multiple police officers including federal officers injured. On Friday night, they hit a federal officer in the head because he refused to let them into the building to burn it down. He was trying to shut the door to the building, they were trying to stop him and someone whacked him with a hammer. Then on Saturday, it appeared that federal officers...

Portland protesters early Wednesday began to set up tents in the park near the federal courthouse and have barricaded streets to create their own autonomous zone, likened to the since disbanded Capitol Hill Occupied Protest in Seattle. Demonstrators began erecting tents in Lownsdale Square on Tuesday night. The park is just across the street from the Federal Courthouse and was home to the “Occupy Portland” encampment in 2011. As of 5 a.m., about a dozen demonstrators remained in the zone. Police said they removed some of the barricades at Southwest 3rd Avenue and Southwest Salmon Street, but demonstrators returned to...

President Trump vowed Tuesday that what happened in Seattle will not take place in the nation's capital, and that no such "autonomous" zone" will be established in D.C. after protesters who attempted to set up such a space were cleared out the night before. Demonstrators on Monday had blocked off an area that they called the "Black House Autonomous Zone," or "BHAZ." "There will never be an 'Autonomous Zone' in Washington, D.C., as long as I’m your President. If they try they will be met with serious force!" Trump tweeted Tuesday morning. ~snip~ Protesters also had defaced and attempted to...

SEATTLE — On June 8, Seattle police frantically loaded what they could from the east precinct onto trucks and cars. Within hours, they boarded up and abandoned the station. That night, left-wing protesters from Black Lives Matter and Antifa declared ownership of the six-block neighborhood in the middle of the Pacific Northwest’s largest city. They named their new territory the “Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone,” or CHAZ. No laws or rules applied here except for one: “No cops allowed.” During five undercover days and nights in the zone, I witnessed a continuing experiment in anarchy, chaos and brute-force criminality. In order...

Seattle’s Mayor Jenny Durkan has muscled aside Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey for the title of most cowardly and ineffective clueless wuss to lead a major American city. She ordered the cops to surrender a precinct to the mob and then permitted a literal insurrection, with a so-called autonomous zone openly defying the sovereignty of the city, state, and nation. Worse, she defends the insurrectionists as street fair participants. In four other cities, some of them (Portland) as crazy left as the Emerald City, the authorities did their job and quickly showed what any sane person realizes, that civil order...

Seattle’s newly minted autonomous zone is reportedly causing problems for the people who lived in the area before the zone was created. snip.. “A lot of these protesters do not agree with Raz becoming this warlord,” Talcott said. “We spoke to a few of them that were manning the entry points here in Seattle, and they say that his idea of what he wants CHAZ to become is not what the majority of the people inside want. So it is a little bit difficult, because they want no rules, but this is a society used to living by rules.”

Protesters in Portland have abandoned their own “autonomous zone,†reported to be similar to the one set up in Seattle, according to the Portland Police and multiple reports.Hundreds of people were filmed by reporter Andy Ngo trying to erect a fence in downtown Portland, reportedly with the aim of setting up an area like the seven-block zone in Seattle, dubbed the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, or CHAZ.“Rioters are grabbing whatever fencing they can find around downtown Portland to build their own autonomous zone,†Ngo wrote in a tweet.Seattle’s autonomous zone was established when staff at the Seattle Police Department’s...

Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan on Thursday defended the protesters who have declared an “autonomous zone” on the city’s street as “patriotic.” In her remarks to the press, Durkan also said President Trump’s threat to send in federal resources to crack down on the protesters was “unconstitutional and illegal.” “Unfortunately, our President wants to tell a story about domestic terrorists who have a radical agenda and are promoting a conspiracy that fits his law and order initiatives,” Durkan said, according to Patch.
