On March 19, 2017, a federal judge denied the government’s motion to dismiss my computer intrusion lawsuit, and transferred the case from Washington D.C. to the Eastern District of Virginia. Under Freedom of Information (FOI) law, the government is allowed to redact bits of information from the file if it affects national security or an ongoing investigation, but the government must provide reasons for any such redactions and disclose the rest of the file. When you consider the event being discussed, and further add the known hatred from a very specific Washington Bureau Chief, it stands to reason Attkisson is discussing Carl Bernstein.
