MINNEAPOLIS (WTAQ) - A federal judge says a Wisconsin man cannot hand out Bibles inside a gay pride festival this month at a public park in Minneapolis. Brian Johnson of Hayward sought an injunction giving him unfettered access to the festival grounds.

An elementary school in Massachusetts has told kids not to say the word “God” in the Lee Greenwood song “God Bless the USA” during a recent assembly. Instead, they wanted students to say, “We love the USA.” Many parents were not happy with this move, but some agreed that the principal did the right thing. The Obama administration has stepped into another controversy by announcing its opposition to the inclusion of a plaque depicting Franklin Roosevelt's D-Day prayer at the memorial that celebrates his life and presidency. A Montana woman accused of destroying a piece of art some say depicted Jesus Christ committing a sex act pleaded not guilty this morning to a charge of criminal mischief, a Class 4 felony. A female truck driver was arrested after she allegedly ripped up a lithograph at a Colorado museum that purportedly shows Jesus having sex. Kathleen Folden, 56, of Kalispell, Mont., spent the night in the Larimer County jail after being arrested at the Loveland Museum Gallery, The Coloradoan of Fort Collins reported. Police said she used a crowbar to break through the plexiglass protecting the lithograph and then shredded it.
