Earlier today a Saint Louis man was arrested and charged with multiple counts of violent threats against various Jewish communities and Jewish centers. Juan Thompson, a 31-year-old black male, has been identified as a far-left Bernie Sanders supporter with connections to various left-wing groups and political activist organizations. Mayork Kirk Caldwell says police have opened a terroristic threatening investigation into Monday's threat to Temple Emanu-El's preschool. For all the tough talk about the so-called "alt-Right," it's fair to ask why Ellison's record has not been subject to greater scrutiny. It's an uncomfortable truth that anti-Semitism exists on the left just as it does on the right.
