The Islamic State terror group continues to pose a real and present danger, according to the latest United Nations six-month report on jihadist activities. Islamic State (ISIS) leadership “aims to adapt, survive and consolidate in the core area and to establish sleeper cells at the local level in preparation for eventual resurgence, while using propaganda to maintain the group’s reputation as the leading global terrorist brand – the ‘virtual caliphate,’” the report declares. “When it has the time and space to reinvest in an external operations capability, ISIL will direct and facilitate international attacks in addition to the ISIL-inspired attacks...

A local news bureau reported “shock” in the German city of Stuttgart after a 36-year-old man was hacked to death with what appeared to be a katana-type sword in the middle of the street on Wednesday afternoon. The attack took place in front of dozens of witnesses and was filmed by passers-by on mobile phones from multiple angles, and saw a man, a 36-year old German resident of Kazakhstan origin, lying on the floor and being repeatedly hacked at and stabbed with a sword, reports German newspaper Bild.

Two of the most senior intelligence officials in the US and UK privately shared concerns about “our strange situation” as the FBI launched its 2016 investigation into whether Donald Trump’s campaign was colluding with Russia, the Guardian has learned. Text messages between Andrew McCabe, the deputy director of the FBI at the time, and Jeremy Fleming, his then counterpart at MI5, now the head of GCHQ, also reveal their mutual surprise at the result of the EU referendum, which some US officials regarded as a “wake-up call”, according to a person familiar with the matter. While Russia had previously been...

In today’s Britain, a rare public figure can bring together Brexiteers and Remainers, Conservatives and Labour. Yet the teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg did just that on a visit to London in April, when she was feted by British politicians from across the political spectrum. In an address to Parliament, Thunberg said she spoke for the children who had been betrayed by politicians and voters who had failed to prevent climate change. She also claimed to speak for the unborn billions of people who will bear the brunt of a rapidly warming world. “I am 16 years old,” she said....

Two events happened last week — one profusely covered in the European and world media, the other hardly at all — that would have long-lasting and, in the second case, profound implications for generations to come. The first case had to do with the elections of Ursula von der Layen as the new president of the European Commission, the second with the publication of a study showing that the Germans increasingly are losing their majorities to those with a migrant background. The second study was vastly more important historically for the future of Europe, but that, predictably, was not the...

SHOCKING NUMBERS! 1.5 million Muslim asylum seeker/migrant-wannabes arrived Germany in 2015…but what about since then? JULY 21, 2019 BY BARENAKEDISLAM It’s been hard to find a a numbers count in the years since 2015. But, apparently, the number of Muslim invaders seeking asylum in German has been increasing EVERY year, with 2018 topping off at 1.8 million, with 1.3 million receiving asylum. So in addition to the 1.5 million in 205, let’s estimate there were 1.6 million in 2016, 1.7 million in 2017, and 1.8 million in 2018.All together that equals 6.6 million Muslims arriving since 2015. Let’s say one-third...

Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage has warned that “bully boys” like the next European Commission president will construct a more federalised European Union. “The EU bully boys (and girls) are not pretending anymore,” Mr Farage wrote in The Telegraph on Friday. “A deeper and more centralised political union is to be built, with no dissent allowed.” Remarking on Ursula von der Leyen’s recent confirmation as President of the European Commission by the European Parliament — where the former German defence minister was the only candidate on the ballot — Mr Farage called her a “fanatical federalist” whose appointment was “the...

The headline in Salon blared, “Fourth of July's ugly truth exposed: The Declaration of Independence is sexist, racist, prejudiced,†leading Commentary editor Noah Rothman to tweet out, “So woke, you’re on George III’s side.â€But it must be difficult for the left to figure out how to square Great Britain, be it post-American Revolution or post-Brexit, since when you look deeply, you realize the that Britons had to face some tough realities—navigating Brexit being the latest. There were twin circumstances driving the decision of a majority of Britons to leave the EU—circumstances that the United States is grappling with too: immigration,...

Coincident with burgeoning attention in America to Spygate, Steve Hilton's Positive Populism has swept the European Union. The revolution has predictably exploded. This not only reinforces the decision of Great Britain's P.M. Theresa May to resign, but also corroborates the downfall of German chancellor Angela Merkel (who will not seek election as party leader) and portends the departure of French president Emmanuel Macron (who was defeated by nationalist Marine Le Pen in French European Parliament elections). The "Three Ms" are not the only losers, for Brussels has been rebuffed for its open-border policies throughout the E.U., notably in Italy, where...

...Brexit also risks making things worse for other parts of the world in very direct and concrete terms – this is certainly the case for Turkey. ..I was in the Luxembourg press conference when British foreign minister Jack Straw and Gül announced the start of the EU talks, and reported from Istanbul when the euphoria of that day was replaced by despair in the years afterwards. As western European politicians such as Angela Merkel diluted the EU’s commitment to Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who has ruled the country since 2003, undermined Turkey’s commitment to EU standards such as the rule...

I recently watched a German-made political movie, The Lives of Others, which was released back in 2006. Every American should take the opportunity to watch this movie, for it portrayed the destructive consequences for the people and a society living under what was formally an all-powerful East German police state. The East German state police agency, the Stasi, was granted virtually unlimited power to monitor and spy on the lives of their citizens with the objective of maintaining absolute control over all aspects of the personal and professional lives of its people. The Stasi was renowned for being highly proficient...

Just over a year ago, French President Emmanuel Macron came to the United States to import two different species to Washington. One was a French oak tree and the other was a crackdown on free speech. Ironically, soon after the tree was planted, officials quickly dug it up to send it to quarantine. However, the more dangerous species was his acorn of speech controls, a proposal that resulted in rapturous applause from our clueless politicians. Ultimately, the tree died and the acorn has not fared much better. While our politicians may applaud Macron like village idiots, most Americans are hardcore...

Germany’s Social Democrat (SPD) Environment Minister Svenja Schulze presented three independent studies on possible carbon tax schemes in Berlin on Friday. Insisting such a tax would not unduly burden the poor, she said, “those who decide to live a more climate-friendly life could actually get money back.” The plans Schulze presented suggested an initial €35 ($39.50) tax on each metric ton of CO2, to be increased to €180 by 2030, the idea being that the more expensive petrol, natural gas, and heating oil become, the less people will use. Schulze told reporters that those who consume less, including children, will...

Germany: police shut down pool after gang of 50 North African “Nafris cause havoc” JUL 4, 2019 3:00 PM BY CHRISTINE DOUGLASS-WILLIAMS “A swimming pool in the German town of Kehl had to be shut down early by police after a group of 50 North African French-speaking youths caused havoc among the bathers.” So the first question that comes to mind is “what kind of havoc exactly?” But it would be deemed “Islamophobic”, “racist” and guilty of “racial profiling” (even though Islam is not a race) to think that the “havoc” had anything to do with sexual harassment. From indications,...

BBC survey shows half of Arab young people want to migrate to Europe and North America BY CHRISTINE DOUGLASS-WILLIAMS A sign of things to come if globalists have their way with open door immigration…. More than half of the young people in the Arab world are looking to leave the area and migrate elsewhere. That “elsewhere” is Europe and North America. Troubling stats, considering the menace of leaders who support open-door immigration and the grim facts about Islamic doctrine and culture. For example: While the survey shows a rise in the number of non-religious people in the Arab world, it...

Angela Merkel caught shaking uncontrollably for second time in nine days.

Concern is growing over the health of Angela Merkel after the German Chancellor was overcome by a shaking fit for the second time in a little over a week on Thursday. Eight days after footage showed Ms Merkel desperately trying to maintain composure as she shook from head to foot at a reception for the Ukrainian president, she has suffered another bout of trembling. Footage from Thursday morning shows Ms Merkel’s legs shaking as she stands through a swearing-in ceremony in Berlin for the country’s new justice minister, Christine Lambrecht.
