I'm telling you that Barrett has decided she's a politician, not a Justice...' Tech companies are once again colluding with Democrats to push disinformation and censor legitimate conservative opinions, this time with the imprimatur of legitimacy conferred by the U.S. Supreme Court that allows them to do so more shamelessly and aggressively than ever. Today’s censorship is being made possible by the letters A, C and B—as in Justice Amy Coney Barrett. While the court’s two other centrists, Justice Brett Kavanaugh and Chief Justice John Roberts, are equally culpable (along with its leftist bloc) in allowing the atrocity that is...

The Senate has voted to confirm Amy Coney Barrett as a Supreme Court Justice. She will be sworn in tonight, probably around the time I finish writing this post. It’s remarkable to me how quickly Mitch McConnell was able to drive this nomination through. I’m also surprised that only one Republican Senator (the embattled Susan Collins) voted against confirming Judge Barrett. President Trump is said by some to be a divisive influence within the Republican Party. Yet, GOP Senators and House members have been extraordinarily united during the past three and a half years.During today’s proceedings, Chuck Schumer lashed out...

In an interview with LifeSiteNews published today, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò said, in a message to Judge Barrett, and all true Catholics who would serve in public office, that they should “bear witness to the One who shed His Blood for them,” for with that, he said, will come “the necessary graces to carry out their duties in public affairs” and also they will “be an example to their brothers and will merit an eternal reward, which is the only thing that really matters.”

A broad coalition of lawmakers, public interest groups, and grassroots citizens rallied behind Amy Coney Barrett in her first day of hearings today for confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court. According to senators on the Judiciary Committee evaluating her nomination, Barrett handled the first day of hearings with grace, humility, and tenacity. “[Barrett] acknowledged the fact that so much of what the Democrats said today was bunk, and she did it with a smile, and she did it without having to use the word jackwagon or anything close to it,” Sen. Mike Lee of Utah said. “She did it by...

Decision comes even after the Senate was ordered to recess after three senators tested positive for COVID-19Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Saturday the confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett will go forward as planned despite the president, first lady, numerous senators and White House staffers testing positive for coronavirus in the past 24 hours. "According to the standing rules of the U.S. Senate, committees may convene regardless of whether or not the Senate is in session," Graham said in a statement. "The Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., will...

Politico seems to be getting into the habit of hyping up radical leftist groups tied to liberal billionaire George Soros looking to sway American politics. This time, Politico elevated a group trying to derail President Donald Trump’s U.S. Supreme Court nominee, Judge Amy Coney Barrett. The outlet’s puff story, pushed in its lede paragraph how “Demand Justice, a liberal group that focuses on judicial reform, will launch a seven-figure ad buy Tuesday, the latest effort in what's shaping up to be an increasingly expensive Supreme Court fight.” What Politico failed to note is that the nonprofit Demand Justice (DJ), led...

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) told Breitbart News on Wednesday that the Senate will confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court before the end of October. Cruz spoke to Breitbart News as the former Supreme Court litigator released his book, One Vote Away: How a Single Supreme Court Seat Can Change History, which details his insight into the Supreme Court and how many of Americans’ most cherished freedoms hang in the balance of the nation’s highest court. He further told Breitbart News that the book would give a “behind the curtain” view of the Supreme Court. He added that...

EXCLUSIVE: Republican attorneys general from across the U.S. sent a letter to the Senate Thursday morning urging them to confirm President Trump's Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett. Addressing "those who believe the Senate should not hold a hearing" in their letter, which was obtained by Fox News, they quoted a similar letter that they said Democratic attorneys general (AGs) sent in support of Merrick Garland's nomination in 2016. "The Constitution clearly sets out the process for filling a Supreme Court vacancy. The president has a duty to make a nomination," the Republicans quoted from the 2016 letter, which was...

There is nothing inherently inconsistent with the Senate blocking Merrick Garland in 2016 but confirming Amy Coney Barrett in 2020. But let’s make sure we’re using the right reasons in our arguments. The Constitution is clear: the President has sole power to nominate Supreme Court justices, and a President’s power continues not only until Election Day, but all the way until noon on January 20th—Inauguration Day. So, President Trump is not crossing Constitutional lines by nominating a replacement for Justice Ginsburg a mere 38 days before Election Day. Neither was it Constitutionally wrong for President Obama to nominate a Supreme...

The leftist PAC NextGen America’s Managing Director, John Lee Brougher, is behind attacks on Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s adopted children, roping several Democrat U.S. Senators and Senate candidates into the smears on her family. This weekend, as Breitbart News reported, before President Donald Trump even formally nominated Barrett to fill the Supreme Court vacancy left behind by the passing of the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Brougher leveled vicious personal smears against her, questioning the legitimacy of the adoptions she and her husband made of two children from Haiti. “As an adoptee, I need to know more about the circumstances of...

Supreme Court nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett is causing an uproar among Democrats and according to Tucker Carlson, her happy family is what’s driving them crazy. “Democrats know Amy Coney Barrett’s life refutes the lies they have pushed on the rest of us for decades, [so] they must destroy her personally,” the “Tucker Carlson Tonight” host said Monday night. “Her happiness -- her family’s happiness -- is evidence that they are frauds.” Carlson surveyed Barrett’s qualifications to fill the seat once held by the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, qualifications that include having clerked for the late Justice Antonin Scalia,...

Democrats began smearing Judge Amy Coney Barrett on Friday night before President Donald Trump even nominated her to become the next Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, which he is expected to do on Saturday afternoon. Dana Houle, a Democrat activist who was once a chief of staff on Capitol Hill to a Democrat lawmaker, tweeted Friday night that he hopes Barrett is investigated over the children she and her husband adopted from Haiti. “I would love to know which adoption agency Amy Coney Barrett & her husband used to adopt the two children they brought here from Haiti,”...

It has been 10 years since the court has heard any gun control cases. In the meantime, circuit courts controlled by Democrats (with jurisdiction over 24 states, plus D.C.) have approved even the most draconian state gun control regulations.

I didn't know there's a word for it, but google defines glossolalia as: "the phenomenon of (apparently) speaking in an unknown language, especially in religious worship. It is practiced especially by Pentecostal and charismatic Christians." I have a feeling that the Democrats aren't fighting back as hard as I expected on the potential ACB nomination. They have a plan to destroy her, and maybe glossolalia (aka speaking in tongues) will be their means of attack. I can see Kamala asking her, "Do you believe that you have the Gift of Tongues?"

The far-left Newsweek just fired off around a thousand words falsely accusing Amy Coney Barrett of inspiring the dystopian feminist thriller The Handmaid’s Tale, and has been forced to retract it. L to the M to the A to the O. Of course, the fake news outlet didn’t retract-retract it. That would require ethics and integrity, and anyone in the media who engages in ethics and integrity will be booted from the club, so Newsweek just wrote the equivalent of “nevermind” at the bottom of its big lie and rewrote the big lie a bit.

Just when you thought 2020 couldn't get any crazier, Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg suddenly departs this world for, hopefully, a better one. You have to respect that anyone strong, smart, and principled enough to serve on the Supreme Court. Supreme Court justices carry a heavy burden and do so for decades longer than presidents. The Notorious RBG, as she was called, was a saint to all Democrats and a heroine to women around the world. Her colleagues called her brilliant. Can't beat that. Still, many Americans, especially Catholics, had a problem with Justice Ginsburg's staunch support for abortion....
