On this week's McLaughlin Group, the Daily Beast's Eleanor Clift showed an ignorance of the facts about the Benghazi terrorist attack that should disqualify her from commenting on it. Get a load of this: CLICK ABOVE LINK FOR THE VIDEO ELEANOR CLIFT: I would like to point out Ambassador Stevens was not murdered. He died of smoke inhalation in the safe room in that CIA installation. SUSAN FERRECHIO: I don't think that's a fact, Eleanor. CLIFT: I think that is a fact. FERRECHIO: I've heard a drastically different story from people who are also in the know about that. So,...
  • Benghazi Exclusive: Libyans Couldn’t Protect Americans they didn’t know were in Libya

    05/09/2013 4:16:36 AM PDT · by Opinionatedtoday · 19 replies
Urgent. Another layer has been peeled off the giant onion that is Benghazi as we search for the truth that keeps leading us to Syria and the missing Libyan weapons that have shown up in Syrian rebels’ hands—the next phase of the Obama-Clinton regime’s so-called Arab Spring that does not serve America’s interests. Let’s call it what it is. How many Americans were working in Libya when the terrorist attack killed four Americans, Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Glen Doherty, and Sean Smith, on September 11, 2012? According to a well-placed source that was working with the staff at the...

The Obama administration and the Republican Interim Benghazi report claim no one in government denied any emergency assistance to help Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Glen Doherty and Sean Smith, before they were killed in the September 11, 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya. The Obama-Clinton regime also adamantly refuted the charge that anyone issued “stand-down” orders. However, last Tuesday, a disguised Benghazi whistleblower, a military special ops member, who watched the attack unfold in Benghazi, appeared on Fox News in a report: Special forces could’ve responded to Benghazi attack, claimed otherwise. On Friday Foreign Policy magazine quickly came out...

This week the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee are resuming their Benghazi investigation where four Americans, Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Glen Doherty and Sean Smith were killed by terrorists at a CIA outpost in Benghazi, Libya, on September 11, 2012. The question is will Republicans like Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) and Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) remain firm, expose the Benghazi cover-up, and hold the Obama-Clinton regime accountable or will they cave like other Republicans already have? This critical question must be asked because a Benghazi whistleblower has stepped forward and already contradicted not only the Obama administration’s “official”...

(Deputy National Security Advisor) John Brennan also ran a highly compartmentalized program out of the White House in regard to weapons transfers, and Stevens would not have been trusted with that type of information. Stevens likely helped consolidate as many weapons as possible after the war to safeguard them, at which point Brennan exported them overseas to start another conflict. Elite counter-terrorist operators from America’s Delta Force were deployed to Libya as 'analysts,' which allowed President Obama to declare that America did not have any boots on the ground but was simply providing air support for the rebels. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will testify on Dec. 20 before the House of Representatives and Senate foreign affairs committees on a report on the deadly attack on the U.S. diplomatic post in Benghazi, Libya, the committees said on Wednesday. The attack on Sept. 11 killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans, and raised questions about the adequacy of security in far-flung posts. Republicans have criticized Democratic President Barack Obama's administration for its flawed early public explanations of the attack. They have also criticized shifting explanations of why talking points given to U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations...

November 2, 2012 The Smoking Gun of the Benghazi Cover-up By Pat Buchanan 11/2/2012   On June 6 of this year, a bomb planted at the U.S. compound in Benghazi ripped a 12-foot-wide hole in the outer wall. On June 11, the British ambassador's motorcade was hit by a rocket-propelled grenade, wounding a medic and doctor. The next day, the ambassador was gone and the British Benghazi post was closed. At the same time, the Red Cross, after a second attack, shut down and fled the city. "When that occurred," says Lt. Col. Andrew Wood, who headed the military...

A confusing array of contradictions concerning the murders of four Americans, one of which was a U.S. ambassador, was made worse by Vice President Joe Biden’s remarks during the debate with Republican vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan Thursday evening. Today the confusion only worsened yet again when Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told reporters that her agency was not the source of misinformation concerning the attacks, charging instead that the White House was the source of the false mantra that the murders were spurred by an anti-Muslim film made in the  United States. But the officials say the administration also is weighing whether the short-term payoff of being able to claim retribution against al-Qaida is worth the risk that such strikes would be ineffective and rile governments in the region. WASHINGTON — The lethal attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Libya last month has created an unexpected casualty: White House hopes that President Barack Obama would remain relatively unscathed on foreign policy issues in the presidential race. Questions about whether the Obama administration ignored requests for beefed-up security in Libya and why a sizable CIA presence in Benghazi failed to foresee an attack by dozens of armed extremists have become a distraction — if not a problem — for the president's re-election campaign.
