The US Agency for International Development (USAID), a taxpayer-funded aid organization, is giving a $100,000 federal grant to an Islamic charity banned in Israel for giving aid to Hamas and other terrorist organizations. Grant information on the USAID endowment reveals the massive allotment to Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) will be given in 2016 for various foreign projects. IRW was banned in Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2014, after investigations revealed it was a fundraising front for Hamas, channeling its donations to funding attacks and paying terrorists. It also was found to be tied to the Muslim Brotherhood,...

The woman who wrote the definitive book on a Middle Eastern connection to the Oklahoma City bombing says the classified terror-threat report at the center of a criminal investigation of former Clinton aide Sandy Berger might include information about a high-level al-Qaida operative having visited OKC ahead of the 1995 attack on the Murrah Federal Building. As WorldNetDaily reported, Berger removed handwritten notes and secret documents from a National Archives reading room prior to his testimony before the 9-11 Commission. One of the documents was the draft of an after-action report he ordered his anti-terror czar, Richard Clarke, to write...

The woman who took part in the ISIS-inspired San Bernardino massacre is linked to her native country's most notorious radical mosque, American officials believe. Sources have told Daily Mail Online that US officials handed over information to their Pakistani counterparts about links between Tashfeen Malik and the Red Mosque in Islamabad. The mosque is infamous for its links to violence and authorities in Pakistan are now considering taking action against its preacher, Maulana Abdul Aziz, after the disclosures by US officials. It is unclear currently how law enforcement and intelligence agencies in the US have connected Malik to the mosque.

An influential activist who met with members of the Obama Administration to promote net neutrality campaigned on behalf of a convicted Al Qaeda supporter, Breitbart Tech can reveal. Evan Greer is the campaign director for Fight For The Future, which led grassroots efforts to promote net neutrality to the Obama Administration. Her writing has appeared in The Guardian, and she describes herself as a “touring queer riot-folksinger.†For three years, she also campaigned on behalf of Tarek Mehanna, an open admirer of Osama Bin Laden who was convicted of aiding al-Qaeda in 2012.Mehanna was convicted in 2012, after prosecutors proved that in 2004...

It is an oft-stated maxim that acts of terrorism are carried out by organizations with weak military power and a strong political motive. Despite receiving some funding and munitions by way of black market oil sales Isis is a miniscule military force, especially when compared against the military power of their two most recent targets France, Lebanon and (likely) Russia. But Isis' goal in these attacks was not to achieve a military victory, but to instill fear in the hearts and minds of the people who were attacked, and to use that fear to provoke overreaction and political instability for...

The Obama administration pursued a policy in Libya back in 2011 that ultimately allowed guns to walk into the hands of jihadists linked to the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) and al-Qaeda (AQ) in Syria, according to a former CIA officer who co-authored a report on behalf of the Citizen’s Commission on Benghazi (CCB), detailing the gun running scheme. In Congress, the then-bipartisan group known as the “Gang of Eight,†at a minimum, knew of the operation to aid and abet America’s jihadist enemies by providing them with material support. So says Clare Lopez, a former CIA officer and the primary author...

They claim to be Muslim, they quote the Quran, they claim their actions are in the name of the (false god) Allah, yet the progressive talking heads and liberal media types claim that none of the terrorist attacks were done in the name of a religious worldview, a movement that unashamedly admits that its ultimate goal is world domination. "Convert or Die" is the calling card that is ISIS, Al Qaeda, Boko Haram and many others leave behind everywhere it touches. And yet, world political leaders are turning a blind eye and ignoring this fact and in doing so, imperil...

Adnan El Shukrijumah was one of America’s most wanted terrorists until he was killed by the Pakistani army almost a year ago. Linked below is an article outlining what led to his demise–he was essentially turned in by another Jihadi. What we would like to point out as particularly interesting is the fact that his father was the imam at a local mosque in Miramar, Florida and claims to have no idea how his son could have found his way to Al Qaeda. This is a recurring theme and one that we ignore too much in the U.S. Shukrijumah finds...

Politicians and the media can't stop bleating about all the "multi-layered vetting" that will keep any of the 10,000 Syrian migrants that Obama wants to bring to America in just one year from being terrorists. Even though polls show that between 13% to 30% of Syrian refugees support ISIS. (That's at least 1,300 ISIS supporters entering America in just one year.) Here's how well refugee vetting works. Senator Jeff Sessions has a list of some refugees in this country turned terrorists. It's a recent list and there were 8 refugees indicted in one month. In February 2015, Abdinassir Mohamud Ibrahim,...

'Severe blow': Al Qaeda suicide bomber takes out leadership of key ISIS brigadeHAIFA, Israel – A recent suicide bombing in southern Syria shows the rivalry between Al Qaeda and ISIS is more than just a contest to see who can kill the most infidels -- the groups are using classic terror techniques on each other. The Nov. 15 bombing came at a top-level meeting of the Yarmouk Martyrs Brigade, a key ISIS militia known for its bloody and vicious hold over parts of the Golan Heights. Six of the group’s top men were killed, including Muhammad "Abu Ali" al-Baridi,...

Secretary of State John Kerry believes that al Qaeda’s “top leadership†has been “neutralize[d]†as “an effective force.†A brief look at al Qaeda's position throughout the globe tells a different story. Dozens of senior al Qaeda terrorists, including of course Osama bin Laden, have been eliminated. But al Qaeda is not a simple top-down terrorist group that can be entirely vanquished by killing or detaining select key leaders. It is a paramilitary insurgency organization that is principally built for waging guerilla warfare. Terrorism is a part of what al Qaeda does, but not nearly all. And a key reason...

The poor timing of Obama administration declarations continues today. Last night, Secretary of State John Kerry tried to bolster confidence in Barack Obama’s ISIS strategy by drawing a parallel to the fight against al-Qaeda and ask for just a little more patience. Kerry declared that the US had “neutralized them as an effective force,†and that the US was on track to do the same to ISIS even more quickly:CLICK ABOVE LINK FOR THE VIDEO We’re confident that if we stay steady, and our heads in thinking creatively but also being strog and committed to our fundamental value, we’re...

Editor’s note: This article was originally published at The Weekly Standard. Secretary of State John Kerry believes that al Qaeda’s “top leadership†has been “neutralize[d]†as “an effective force.†He made the claim while discussing the administration’s strategy, or lack thereof, for combating the Islamic State, which is al Qaeda’s jihadist rival. Kerry believes that the US. and its allies can finish off the Islamic State quicker than al Qaeda. There’s just one problem: It is not true that al Qaeda or its top leaders have been “neutralize[d].†Dozens of senior al Qaeda terrorists, including of course Osama bin Laden,...

Of the 31 states that have declared their opposition to taking in Syrian refugees, one state, Kentucky, has a specific reason to be wary of the background check process: previously two Iraqi refugees who settled in Bowling Green turned out to be al Qaeda-linked terrorists with the blood of American soldiers on their hands, an ABC News investigation found. Both pleaded guilty to terror-connected charges after trying to acquire heavy weapons while in America's heartland. The 2013 ABC News investigation also revealed that several dozen other suspected terrorist bombmakers, including some who were believed to have targeted U.S. troops, may...

The al-Qaeda leader who is thought to have devised the plan for the July 7 suicide bombings in London and an array of terrorist plots against Britain has been captured by the Americans. Abd al-Hadi al-Iraqi, a former major in Saddam Hussein’s army, was apprehended as he tried to enter Iraq from Iran and was transferred this week to the “high-value detainee programme” at Guantanamo Bay. Abd al-Hadi was taken into CIA custody last year, it emerged from US intelligence sources yesterday, in a move which suggests that he was interrogated for months in a “ghost prison” before being transferred...
