Investigators along with the Guatemala Consulate believe the undocumented immigrant is from Huehuetenango, Chiantla, Guatemala. According to Hidalgo County, the boy’s body was found in the brush near south Patricio Perez Street in La Joya June 15th. WORCESTER - Nicholas Dutan Guaman has been found guilty of manslaughter by motor vehicle in the 2011 death of a Milford motorcyclist. Mr. Guaman, who was behind the wheel of a pickup truck that struck and killed Matthew Denice, was found not guilty of second-degree murder.
