Cecil LaToya Bryant, 28, was charged with aggravated child abuse. On Nov. 1, deputies said they responded to a possible child abuse. Deputies said when they arrived, they talked with an investigator with the Department of Children and Family Services, who said the baby had a .142 blood alcohol level. The trouble started about 8 p.m. Saturday night as sheriff's deputies responded to two stabbings on Camino Del Sur. Two people were taken to the hospital. Their injuries are unknown. About 9:30 p.m., a UCSB police officer was hit in the head with a backpack full of liquor bottles. Two Santa Barbara County sheriff's deputies also responded and were injured. Isidro S. Dominguez, 20, St. Paul, died Monday after drinking a bottle of tequila at a home party on the city's east side. Dominguez told friends that he was man enough to drink the entire bottle, and he did. He collapsed, began vominting and passed out. He was carried to a porch and later carried inside the home.
