Ted Cruz, R-Texas as its presidential nominee in 2016, according to a Friday story in the Washington Times. Grayson made this threat while appearing on Alan Colmes’ radio show. Sitting members of Congress are prohibited from using their name in titles of entities for personal financial gain, Politico reports. Rep.
