PINELLAS PARK, Fla. -- Authorities are searching for a 31-year-old Tampa Bay area man suspected of kicking, punching, and biting an 11-month old boy. Pinellas Park police say Glen Franklin Neal Jr. is wanted on an attempted murder charge. A Ramsey County deputy is on administrative leave after he was charged with hitting his canine partner, the Carlton County Sheriff's Office said. The charges are from an incident that happened early June 15 at the Black Bear Casino in Carlton.
