On the fifth day of the civil trial of Planned Parenthood v. The Center for Medical Progress (CMP), Planned Parenthood Southwest’s associate medical director was caught lying on the witness stand as claims of abortionists “fearing for their safety” fell apart in the San Francisco federal courtroom. Liberty Counsel is defending Sandra Merritt against Planned Parenthood’s civil lawsuit seeking millions of dollars as punishment for her undercover investigation, which exposed the largest abortion mill’s trafficking in human baby body parts. Last Friday, Planned Parenthood called Dr. Thomas Moran to the stand. Moran said he was very “anxious” when he learned...

ROME – Topless protesters assailed the cathedral of La Plata, Argentina, this weekend, hurling Molotov cocktails and human excrement at the church building while demanding legalized abortion. The “tetazo,” or topless protest, was a spin-off from Argentina’s annual “National Encounter of Women” taking place Sunday in La Plata, home to one of the world’s largest Catholic cathedrals. The activists called for “legal abortion now, unobstructed, safe, and free in the hospital” while also shouting insults against the Catholic Church. Chanted slogans included: “Abort your heterosexuality,” “‘Death to the macho’ is not a metaphor,” “The only church that enlightens is the...

Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau today acknowledged the Conservatives could win Monday's election — and accused the party of winning support by running one of the "dirtiest, nastiest" election campaigns in Canadian history. Surrounded by 29 Quebec candidates at an event at Montreal's Botanical Garden Wednesday, Trudeau appealed to Quebecers to support his party and elect a progressive government rather than a "progressive opposition." It's a pitch he's been making a lot lately — a bid to beat down surging support for the NDP and Bloc Québécois by arguing that voting for those parties could help elect a Conservative government.

During Tuesday’s CNN-New York Times Democratic debate, 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) said women should control their own bodies because they were ”people.” Booker also called Planned Parenthoods closing in Ohio an “existential threat in America.” Booker said, “I’m having deja vu all over again. We have another health care debate and we’re not talking about the clear and existential threat in America that we are in a state that has had two Planned Parenthoods closed. We are seeing all over this country women’s reproductive rights under attack. God bless kamala. Women should not be the only...

Oval Office 10:20 A.M. EDT PRESIDENT TRUMP: Well, thank you very much. It’s a great honor to have the President of Italy with us. He is a man of great distinction. He’s highly respected in this country. And it’s nice to have you at the White House. Thank you very much, Mr. President. We’ve had a great relationship with Italy for a long time. I don’t think it’s ever been closer than it is now. We have won a $7.5 billion award from, as you know — I guess it’s been pretty big news. And I know that this is...

A federal judge ruled on Tuesday that Obamacare’s special protections for transgender individuals and women who choose to have abortions violate religious freedom. Judge Reed O’Connor of U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, a George W. Bush appointee, overturned the protections by vacating the Obama-era rule that banned health insurers and providers who receive federal taxpayer funds from denying coverage or treatment to any individual based on sex, gender identity, or termination of pregnancy. As the Hill noted, Reed is the same judge who ruled last December that Obamacare in its entirety is unconstitutional. In January 2017...

Hunter Biden will face off against an Arkansas woman who claims he's the father of her one-year-old child, according to court documents exclusively obtained by DailyMailTV. The hearing will address issues of DNA testing and temporary child support, and is set for December 2 in Independence County, Arkansas. Lunden Roberts, 28, filed a petition for paternity and support in May, alleging Hunter was the biological father of her baby, asking the court to 'establish paternity' while seeking child support, health insurance and legal fees. Hunter, 49, has previously denied all allegations and demanded the suit be tossed.

Tuesday’s quake occurred along a section that is notable for not having had dramatically large earthquakes in the modern historical record. Keith Knudsen, USGS geologist and deputy director of the agency’s Earthquake Science Center, called Tuesday’s quake “a garden variety San Andreas event” in this section. “This is the 10th earthquake larger than magnitude 4 in the last 20 years in this area” within a radius of about six miles from Tuesday’s epicenter, Knudsen said. The stretches of San Andreas north and south of the creeping section have acted very differently in the modern historical period, rupturing in the state’s...

Baltimore, MD – When a medical emergency arose at a Baltimore Planned Parenthood abortion facility recently, one Planned Parenthood employee did something unusual. Instead of picking up the telephone and dialing 911 — the quickest way to get help — she used a Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) to call the Intrado Emergency Call Relay Center, which, in turn, placed the call to the 911 exchange. However, when the woman from the call relay center provided an incomplete address given by the Planned Parenthood employee, identified as Raishonda Jefferson-Lampton, the call center was forced to put Ms. Jefferson-Lampton on the...

San Francisco, CA – The Planned Parenthood RICO case against pro-life activists, who exposed the trafficking of aborted baby parts for profit, is now in its third week. Defendants include Operation Rescue’s Troy Newman, along with Sandra Merritt, Albin Rhomberg, and David Daleiden. Significant testimony was given yesterday by former Planned Parenthood abortionist Mary Gatter. Gatter, who served as President of the Medical Director’s Council for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, was caught on video by undercover journalists with the Center for Medical Progress haggling over the price she would receive for providing tissue and organs procured from babies aborted...

The earthquake struck about 15 miles (24 kilometers) southeast from the NuStar Energy fuel storage facility in the Bay Area community of Crockett 15 hours before the Tuesday fire that consumed thousands of gallons (liters) of fuel.
