I just wanted to throw out a theory that might explain the status of Sessions, Rosenstein, and Mueller and why things are as they are. This is speculative to be sure, but based on Q's recent post 1318, it seems to make sense. The relevant portions are here: Who is the AG? Who MUST approve the firing/dismissal of DOJ officials? Indian police say they have arrested the main suspect in an alleged gang-rape and murder of a teenage girl. Dhanu Bhuiyan and his accomplices are accused of burning the 16-year-old alive on Friday in the state of Jharkhand. She was killed after her parents complained to village elders that she had been raped, according to police. The elders had told two accused rapists to do 100 sit-ups and pay a 50,000 rupee (£550; $750) fine as punishment. The men were allegedly so enraged by the penalty that they beat the girl's parents then set her on fire. "The two accused...

The More Iran Lies, The Better the Iran Deal Gets Lying nuclear liars and the radioactive lies they tell. May 8, 2018 Daniel Greenfield Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical left and Islamic terrorism. After Israel’s Netanyahu unveiled 100,000 files proving the existence of Iran’s secret nuclear weapons program, the Iran Deal’s defenders insisted that they had always known that Iran was lying. Secretary of State John Kerry, Iran Scam echo chamber boss Ben Rhodes, Ploughshares boss Joe Cirincione, the Iran Lobby funders of deal propaganda,...

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Tinnitus affects 50 million Americans. It’s commonly called ringing in the ears, but it can bring other sounds like whooshing, hissing, whistling, buzzing and humming, and there’s no cure for the annoying, sometimes debilitating problem. But there’s now new technology that is helping alleviate the symptoms. Nick Stein says he has tried just about everything to relieve the ringing in his ears. “Having to have a fan on when I went to sleep, or having a machine that makes sounds, like the sound of rain or a burbling brook,” Stein said. So his doctor suggested he...

WASHINGTON DC, May 7, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – A band of young courageous ex-gays and ex-transgenders from around the United States converged on the Nation’s Capital on the weekend to proclaim in public the freedom they have found by having a relationship with Jesus Christ. Their message stands in stark opposition to popular LGBT dogma, which until now has dominated national discourse. The racially diverse group of mostly millennials — formerly sexually active gays and lesbians, as well as others who had lived as ‘transgenders’ (assuming the identity of a member of the opposite sex) — spoke about their personal conversion...

ANKARA (Reuters) - Iran’s foreign minister said on Thursday U.S. demands to change its 2015 nuclear agreement with world powers were unacceptable as a deadline set by President Donald Trump for Europeans to “fix” the deal loomed. From the sound of it, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) is currently on his deathbed in Arizona to meet with old friends, nurse grudges, and express regrets. [...] McCain’s public expression of regret against Palin comes off as ungracious, as well as further proof that he still does not understand why his own presidential campaign failed. Over the last decade, Palin has been unfailingly loyal to McCain. Despite the malicious leaks against her that came from his own campaign surrogates, despite unrelenting personal attacks from McCain’s own daughter Meghan, Palin has never spoken ill of the elder McCain. She has always and...

National security adviser John Bolton said Tuesday that President Trump's decision to withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal isn't part of a broader plan to attack the country. Bolton, a national security hawk considered by detractors to be too quick to support the use of military force, denied a plan to invade Iran following Trump's televised speech ending U.S. participation in the deal. A reporter told Bolton there was speculation that the decision was a "precursor to the U.S. putting boots on the ground on Iran."

Almost always, when I point out the difficulties of enacting some social program much desired by the left, I am met with some version of the following rejoinder: “Other countries have managed to do this. We passed Medicare and Medicaid and Social Security and most recently, Obamacare. It is obviously possible to do these sorts of things, even in America. The obstructionism of people like you is the only reason we can’t have nice things.” The obstruction of people like me is, obviously, one of the reasons that we can’t have “nice things.” (Though, just as obviously, we obstruct because...

As employees from the paper protest against massive cuts to the newsroom and top editors resign, staffers tell The Daily Beast, ‘This is chaos.’ ==================================================================================== It seems odd that they’re fighting for the right to speak at a place called The Lipstick Building. Today, 150 journalists from the Denver Post, the St. Paul Pioneer Press, and the Mercury News, and 49 other smaller papers who are accustomed to reporting the news will become the news, as they protest the owner of their papers in what some have called “a fight for their lives.” Alden Global Capital has been surprisingly silent...

Jupiter is in opposition today, meaning it’s exactly opposite the sun in the sky, like the Moon when it’s full. The gas giant will be brighter than any star in the sky. I was able to see the bands of gas and dust and the four brightest moons, Ganymede, Callisto, Europa, and Io, with a small telescope. Two of the moons were even visible from my Brooklyn apartment with my budget binoculars (these guys). You should look at it. The planet will actually be closest to Earth on May 10, according to EarthSky.com. The opposition doesn’t line up with the...

Washington, D.C. – House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) today called for an investigation into allegations that the Obama Justice Department pressured the FBI to shut down its Clinton Foundation probe during the 2016 presidential election. A recent report issued by the Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General contained disturbing information that the Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General, who is the top staff person in the Office of the Deputy Attorney General and advises on all major investigations and policy matters, called former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to express displeasure that FBI agents were pursuing a...

Your genitals determine your biological SEX -- which is male or female. What determines gender [masculine, feminine, neutral] is culture. So in some cultures, a skirt is feminine while in others it is masculine.#YouMightBeALiberal if the Divine was fallible in making you, but you are infallible in what you think you should be. Sex is biological and gender is cultural. There is no such thing, for example, as "neutral sex" -- even if you get your male junk cut off. Then you are an emasculated male. The Left tries to make them interchangeable to so they can blur the...
