Fisher, 31, with three counts of felony grand theft while working for the Presbytery of Kendall—a church organization overseeing at least 12 eastern Idaho Presbyterian churches. United Methodism’s largest overseas jurisdiction has voted to quit the denomination in response to the church’s divorcing sex from marriage at its governing General Conference earlier this month.
