While I applaud the Pope’s action here, why isn’t the order with immediate effect?
Am I reading this correctly??? “Pope” Francis is a supporter of the magisterium of the Catholic Church? Which has always confirmed that human life must be respected and protected in ABSOLUTE terms? From the moment of conception till its natural end? Who knew (about Bergoglio)???

If this is true, I am shocked. Bergoglio is a false pope in my book. Maybe, like a stopped clock, he gets it right every now and again.
It'll be a win-win situation. More wiggle room to get on with the real business of monkeying with the Church's moral teaching in the area of sexual morality and a sigh of relief from dumbed-down, low information Catholics who want to believe that there's no cause for alarm. It's Belgium, for cryin' out loud! Who cares if an order of brothers can't "off" a few sick people? It aint gonna make a bit of difference to the lavender/modernist stranglehold on the Church. We already own Belgium.
Why didn't he say to stop it immediately? Allowing them to get a few more in while they can?
