It will be interesting to see if the usual suspects ever try to browbeat Muslims and mosques in America over this issue. I would not want to be the judge who tries to force this practice on the Muslims (or work in his courthouse).

Traditionalist Catholic would be another group...but apparently we’re too small to matter.
Their contention is ridiculous, a good number of other-than-evangelicals see same-sex “marriage” as ridiculous as well.
But they just put a target on our backs. Make no mistake about it.
It’s called “Holy Matrimony” for a reason, and there ain’t nothing holy about a pair of queers, that’s for sure.
Only between 20 and 21 countries recognize re-defined marriage. That is a tiny percentage of the entire world.
And neither the entire world, nor even a plurality of nations, will likely ever recognize it - at least not without Fascistic force applied.
I’m not sure if Lutheran Church Missouri Synod considers itself to be Evangelical, but I am fairly confident that it will never accept homosexual unions.
The Bible will never change, so a true Christian’s attitude toward behaviors God abhors will never change...
If evangelicals or Baptists accept “Gay Marriage” I will never set foot in church again.
Evangelicals are not just the last holdouts on Homosexual marriage. Every thinking person knows what marriage is. It is the union of a man and a woman for the purpose of procreation. Homosexuals cannot procreate!
