Its not hard when you know the word, the Truth.
...and have the abiding Comforter Who was sent to guide each follower of Jesus of Nazareth into all truth.

Didn’t understand a word, but that guy has a beautiful voice.

Why does the catholic always come across as being so arrogant? I am an ex Catholic, and I am puzzled by it too. I went to Catholic grade school and catholic high school, and I don't remember my classmates as being arrogant, though I thought many of them were elitist. Maybe elitism is the cause.
I got news recently, from another ex Catholic classmate, who says he still knows a bunch our Catholic classmates. He says most of them are not Catholic anymore. A few have come to know the truth, of the simplicity of Jesus, but the majority have no beliefs at all.
That is the state I was in, before the Navigators came along, and told me the truth.

Pretty much me too
My standard answer for not going to church was, " I already seen that movie "
(That was before I learned English)

For me, I think it was more that I knew I couldn't live up to the moral standards, so I gave up. I am not sure, but I think the Catholics call that the sin of despair. I just couldn't stop committing mortal sins. My dad asked me why I didn't go to communion, but I didn't want to go with a mortal sin on my soul. I didn't mind committing mortal sins, but I wanted no part of the big MSOS (mortal sin of sacrilege)
Anyone who thinks they can work their way to Heaven, is in for the shock of their existence. Keep exposing the false doctrines out there bro.

Well said! That is why we are told to study the word so that as workmen we can rightly divide truth from error and will not be ashamed.

To us; a sin is a sin. But WE worry about the sin of APOSTACY the most!
Once we start doubting, or even (GOD forbid) disagreeing with ANYTHING of leaders have said or taught (How do you Catholics get away with it?) we are about to descend that slippery slope into...

I never met a Mormon, or at least not that I knew, till I was in the USAF. I talked on the phone, several times, with the Bible answer man, Dr Walter Martin. He said there was, or is an organization called ex Mormons for Jesus.
I don't know if there is an organization called ex Catholics for Jesus, but there should be. There are lots of us ex Catholics out here. 😀😆😄😃

The vast majority are nice people. It is the religious doctrine I object to, as I am sure you do as well.

The vast majority are nice people. The Internet way of communicating seems to filter OUT 'nice' in most of our correspondence these days.

That is the state I was in, before the Navigators came along, and told me the truth. Where, pray tell, in the 1930's, did the navigators find that ultimate "truth" which would cause you to leave Christ's church.....maybe, like Calvin, Luther, Wesley etc, they just decided that what they thought was the truth, really was...........it wasn't.

When you're right, you're right.....it is not arrogance. There are differing opinions as to whether you are right or not, so is it arrogance or not? I will leave it up to everyone else to decide for themselves. 😀😆😃😎
