Can a Sincere Christian be an active alcoholic?
Can a Sincere Christian be a repeat adulterer?
If the answer to either of the second two questions is "Yes", then the answer to the first question is likely "Yes"!
Most "sincere Christians" commit some kind of sin on a daily basis, and many "sincere Christians" commit a specific sin on an ongoing basis.
Are they sincere, or not? That is for the Lord to judge, IMHO.
The woman taken in adultery had sinned, and, under Judaic law, was subject to the punishment of stoning (death). Did she ever commit adultery again? We don't know. Did she ever qualify as a sincere Christian? We don't know that either.
According to some, "Once saved, always saved."
Could someone therefore who sincerely became a Christian, yet whose sincerity might have waned, still be a "redeemed" or "saved" Christian?
That is the most important question, of course. I'm glad that making that determination is above my pay grade.
It seems likely that Christ's Heaven might be somewhat more populous than any Heaven whose membership was determined by "sincere Christians"...
Being a “sincere Christian” and a “practicing homosexual” are mutually exclusive. There is a reason why 1 Corinthians 6:11 is written in the past tense.
I respectfully recommend you reconsider. It’s 9 minutes very well-spent.
The word “practicing” carries the weight of advocacy to some degree. The Greek word for “practice” in the strict sense means to work at something as if to perfect it. If taken in that sense, homosexual “practice” leads not only to premature temporal death, but also eternal death. On the other hand, there are people who are given to sexual attractions of every kind that are also temporally and eternally harmful, yet recognize this as a weakness, repent, and call upon the Name of the LORD to save them from sin, death, and the devil. They are typically found within sanctuary walls and under the care of a faithful pastor who does not mince words either in regard to sin and its consequences, or in regard to the grace of God in Christ Jesus, whose blood sacrifice is sufficient and whose righteousness avails before God for all who believe on His Name.
So, those who advocate and advance homosexuality are of an unclean spirit. They are found to be reviling the Holy Spirit both in word and in deed. Stay away from those people. They are not Christian because they reject Christ, His Word, and all authority except that which they fabricate from their imaginations. God will deal with them in His own time and in His own way.

That’s like saying you can copulate with numerous other people and still be faithful to your spouse. You can’t. You either try to correct your problem or join some other religion.

I would say not ..... however since Christ was a master at having us explore our own sinful nature instead of some one elses, I would ask...
Can someone in a non-married sexual relationship be a Christian?
Homosexual...yes, practicing, no.
