I knew that and asked you if you are reading a transcript of Cruz’s speech, as it is, the quote that I posted covers your “American” standard anyway.
If you have a transcript that you are basing these attacks on Cruz from, please show it to us.

Right now his goal is to win the nomination. In order to do that he needs the votes of the conservative base. That vote is being split between Cruz, Walker, Paul and even Huckabee. I don’t blame him for targeting the conservative base. When he wins the nomination then go “American”.
The numbers are on Cruz side. He is right.

Yes they are, and it is because every News/Entertainment outlet in the nation is run by extreme Liberal Democrat kooks.
They promulgate *THEIR* opinions as the normal ones, and those who disagree are portrayed as kooks and extremists.
They have too much "free speech" while we have too little. We need to take their excessive share away and use it to get *OUR* ideas out there.
And therein lies our central problem. The nation is not permitted to hear information and ideas that didn't go through the Urban New York Liberal Democrat Union member filter.
They control "free speech" in this country today, and they suppress ours.
The quality of a democracy will never exceed the quality of the press.
CRUZ or LOSE! That would be not so good. 04 was (or almost)an embarrassing squeker. Should have been a major win for Bush.
