Does the SSPX condone giving Holy Communion to adulterers?

The majority of Catholic bishops at the last SinNod, along with Marx’s blossoming schism, would like to condone it.

I guess if Francis sanctions a schism, it’s OK. Is that right?

“We are not just a subsidiary of Rome,” Cardinal Marx said. “Each episcopal conference is responsible for the pastoral care in their culture and has to proclaim the Gospel in its own unique way. We cannot wait until a synod states something, as we have to carry out marriage and family ministry here.”

Cardinal Marx happens to be a member of Francis' Gang o' Eight and here he is promoting a bunch of little schisms via "each episcopal conference".
