A brief talk on the reasons for Jewish non belief in Jesus.
I believe the operative word here is "claim". You claim, but you cannot prove. So, I will happily pass on being converted, thanks very much.
To Jews, proselytization is absolutely anathema. We don't subject others to it and we absolutely LOATHE any attempt to have it done to us. You have the most incredible chutzpah to claim that YOUR religion is "the salvation of [my] soul".
If it it the salvation of YOUR soul, then kol hakovod. Go with it. Just don't try to peddle it to me or other Jews. No $ale.
I can’t help but wonder about “Umpqua” the poster of this thread who has not, based on my own quick scan, participated in it with even one comment and who has a freeper history of no more than a few dozen posts since 2008.

The Catholic Church itself and it’s apologists admit that it incorporates paganism. Why would Catholics deny that?
Concur, he should apologize to the thread before he writes another word, which serves to dishonor the Messiah he purports to love, and see perhaps if he can undo his damage and convince the readers he has a conscience to which he listens.
Except that Jesus is the Jewish Messiah and all jews do worship as such. The modern people calling themselves “jews” do today is their own business.
No prophet, no prophecy, only 2000 years of silence.
No Temple, no Priesthood, only confusion.
Those are just facts not hatred.
And no Messiah, meanwhile the gentiles trample Jerusalem under foot (the Arabs on the Temple Mount). Picture that in the Tanakh, the unclean trampling under foot the Temple site for 2000 years. Prophecy fulfilled, the rejection of God. Exile was a warning of rejecting God, now the fulfillment.
No atonement for sin, Levite priesthood ended when the Messiah came 2000 years ago. No sacrifice of bulls or other animals, no Azazel goat (no scapegoat to take away the sins of Israel).
What is Judaism today? Split into different sects all rejecting Messiah. Most Jews are atheists and even the religious have hardened hearts against the Messiah. Without God many Jews turn to Kaballa and other forms of witchcraft seeking spiritual purpose. You are a good example calling facts you don’t want to address as ‘hate’. That is reminiscent of the Sharpton playbook.
Then there is the remnant, Messianic Jews. Hated by all other Jews. A Jew can believe just about anything and still be considered a Jew by other Jews, but should a Jew receive the Messiah Yeshua he or she is no longer considered a Jew by all those Jews who don’t even believe there is a God. And religious Jews hate Messianic Jews with a hatred seldom witnessed, reminiscent of Islamist hatred of Christians and Jews. God has hardened your hearts, that we may be included, grafted in.
But good news! The Messiah is returning and all (faithful) Israel shall be saved.
And even as Jews are apostate they remain the apple of God’s eye.
Your post suggests theological, at a minimum, antisemitism. Which church, denomination, faith community, sect, or cult do you belong to ?
There is no kind of *right* religion to join that will keep you out of hell.
No religion has the power to do that.
It's a restored relationship with God through the Messiah who came to be our redeemer.
Church is not necessary. Rituals, rites, sacraments, etc are not necessary.
The way is through faith as with Abraham who believed God and God credited it to him as righteousness.
What greater love is there than to speak the truth to a people separated from God, dying and hating the promised One, Who came to save them?

The return of Israel (the Land) to Israel (the people) is prophetic. A blessing and or approval of God would be peace in that returned Land (state). There is none, no peace, no security till the Messiah returns.

No peace with God whilst rejecting Him... His Messiah.
God will send the armies of the world against Israel and who will save Israel? Jesus, Israel’s Messiah!
So if a Jew converts to his own Christian Church of Himself, to whom will he appeal when a Muslim or Christian from another Church seeks to kill him for being a Jew? Is he a lamb to slaughter?
He appeals to the Messiah.
THAT is what makes someone part of the body of Christ.
Anyone who wants to kill him for not belonging to their particular denomination is not a follower of Jesus.
If he dies for his faith in the Messiah, and refuses to renounce him, he is a martyr and will receive a martyr’s reward.
The big problem is the worldly mindset that has infected religious thinking that a church congregation or denomination is a relationship with God through Jesus.
It’s on an individual lever, not a result of church or denomination attendance, membership, or affiliation.
So, yes, he is a lamb to slaughter. Thank you for your honesty.
Ahhh but you misunderstand Christianity or maybe you do understand Christianity and want Christianity to be something else.
We are told by Jesus Christ to tell others of Him and His salvation, the Salvation of God... the only Salvation of God.
I love leading Jews to Jesus and will continue to do so.

It is out of love that Christians share Christ and anyone who claims otherwise is working in opposition to God and His love, which saves sinners from themselves (their sins).
Hebrews worshiped God before Christ on the cross, it was not just another religion. Christians including Messianic Jews worship God today (since the cross) it is not just another religion.

If you are a Christian, where is your love? Christ love is to abound out of us and that is manifest in the preaching of His gospel. Repent the Kingdom of God is at hand! Sound familiar? How about, "Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world"?
Being silent when one has the Truth (Jesus said, "I am the truth") , is not love it is to not care enough to speak the truth...without love.
Love does not walk by itself in the kingdom of God, it walks with truth and kindness.
Psalm 25:10 All the paths of God are love, kindness and truth, for those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.
Do you keep His covenant and his testimonies?
