Today, especially we need to know that our prayers are heard and answered.
I remember when I was sitting in the ER with my daughter after she was in a motorcycle accident, wondering when\if she would wake up and be herself again.
Many here at FR responded to my prayer request then and that carried my family and I through one of the toughest times in our lives so it is somewhat easy for me to turn to prayer for help. It has always been apparent to me that prayers are answered but I am humbled and I tremble at the amazing power of God’s great love for us especially me, a sinner. It is indeed a confounding mystery yet I will dare again and again to beg for forgiveness, mercy and of course help despite my unworthiness.
May God help and unite all of his children as brothers and sisters in His beloved Son Jesus Christ and may He gently teach us to love each other as he loves us.
