Please pray for a successful outcome, My wife is having a surgery to remove two mass' that they have found on each ovary they tell us that this is quite routine and it's very likely they are not cancerous but there is a family history and we will know more after they do the biopsy.
Our prayers. My SIL had similar surgery twenty five years ago and we just had a good visit last night. Our hopes are with you.

Oh hey, this is actually routine. Just be aware she’s going to be very sensitive during recovery which can be up to three months.
Keep in mind her ovaries, the major sources of hormones for her are about to go into shock. This is going to temporarily change her behavior. Some woman have it easy, others have a very difficult time.
Make sure you check how she is feeling several times a day. Talk to her about this and explain it to her if she has not studied the impact already.
It will probably pass in eventfully, but be ready if you notice any slight changes in behavior like crying, anger or confusion. It passes soon enough but some people need help. It’s ok to consult the doctor if you see symptoms.

If yes, much less invasive..
I’m scheduled for an abdominal myotectomy next month. Not looking forward to that one!
She’ll be fine!! Lots of rest afterwords and no heavy lifting or anything that will cause the sutures to rupture.
