Had a similar problem, lost enough blood to get anemic. Had all the tests including swallowing the “camera pill before they finally figured it out. They found seepage in my duodenum. They sealed it with an argon laser treatment. I had to then take a series of iron infusions to get my strength back. I’m ok now.
Good luck, I’m sure they’ll figure it out and you’ll be ok.

I think I'll read some more of the book of Job. Just seems appropriate somehow. Read it in the doctor's office. Seriously. Get yourself examined today.

Get yourself to the E.R. And get checked out for Crones disease.Sounds like you may have an issue with that.
My brother had symptoms like that and was in the hospital for a week so they could get his Crones disease under control.
You won’t know until you check and those symptoms could be life threatening.
Wish you all the best.

I know the kind of pain you are having because I’ve went through it myself.
One day, after eating, I had such pain in my stomach I had to rush to the hospital where they found I had an infected gallbladder.
They put me on antibiotics to get rid of the infection and later my gallbladder was removed.
IF that is what is happening to you, don’t wait. An infected gallbladder can rupture just like an infected appendix.
Prayers up.

Plain organic yogurt puts the gut flora back in balance.
If it’s out of balance, it can get through the intestinal wall.
your body’s immune system will be working overtime to attack it which leads to inflammation, which causes joint/head/neck/back pain.
possible thought.
antibiotics kills off gut flora indiscriminately, so after antibiotics the “good” gut flora needs to be put back.

Long shot but look into the possibility of diverticulitis.
My problem improved w/ antibiotics and a high fiber
diet. Also it is possible to operate and remove affected
part of lower colon. Do nothing and you will probably die.
Keep FReepernation posted.
