Atheist + Morals = Oxymoron. If you do not believe in God then on what authority does this morality come from? There is no point in morality if you are an atheist.

It always seemed a strange sort of activity to me, this billboard business. After all, I don’t believe in Krishna, but I really don’t feel compelled to put up billboards in Calcutta telling them they shouldn’t.

I think the the FFRF should do just that. But they are too timid to do so on their own. Instead I think that it should be done for them, on their behalf.

Just slight modifications to their posters, then repost them. Like this, based on their real posters:

One has to wonder why atheists care about my belief system or my faith in God...and feel the need to denigrate it...

I guess they think it makes them look superior...

Indeed, not only are the atheists putting up 55 billboards that bash the religious faith of more than three-quarters of Americans, they have deliberately chosen to do so during the Christmas season, defecating on a holy day on which Christians celebrate the birth of Christ the Lord.

The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth of God by their wickedness. And because of their stubbornness and their unrepentant heart, they are storing up wrath against themselves for the day of God's wrath, when his righteous judgment will be revealed.

With one exception, the cited billboards are not specifically against the God of Abraham. One of them is, and it would be offensive to Jews, Christians, Baha'i, and in some part, Muslims as well, since it deprecates the Bible.

On the other hand, The Diarist uses his freedom of speech to tell people that his merciful God is going to torture them forever, a belief which has not universally been believed by Christians throughout history, and is not believed by some even today.

Is the latter "hate speech?" Nope. No more than professing not to believe in Odin.
