That is not in the Bible. It is a teaching of premillennialism.

To the second part of your question, because you wrote two questions in one, the final judgement hasn't occured nor has His Second Coming.

If the Gospel is advancing and Satan is bound why is Islam growing so rapidly? Why is abortion so acceptable. Why is homosexual marriage now legal in 5 states. Why are Christians being persecuted for their faith.

A UK broadsheet printed some names of people involved with the conference on the 25th, I don’t recognize any of them but maybe knowing the names of the Doctors/Professors involved and what they specialize in, will give us an idea of what is happening.
