WACO, Texas — Bikers and supporters of riders and the Constitution came from all over Texas to gather on the steps of the McLennan County courthouse in Waco, Texas. They were there to protest the injustices that have occurred on, and continued after, the May 17th shootings at the Twin Peaks restaurant. The armless goddess of divine law and justice stands atop the courthouse, her scales of justice removed by a bolt of lightning. This missing icon of justice says it all.Over one hundred bikers, supporters, and patriots, arrived at the “All for 1 Rally and Protest” to protest what the...

A Texas grand jury returned indictments Tuesday against 106 of the 177 people who were arrested after a shootout between cops and members of two motorcycle clubs left nine people dead at a Waco restaurant in May. The McLennan County grand jury returned true bills accusing the 106 suspects of engaging in organized criminal activity, with the underlying offenses being murder and aggravated assault, District Attorney Abel Reyna said Tuesday night in Waco. Charges against the 71 other suspects weren't presented Tuesday but will be "at a later time," Reyna said.

Abelino Reyna, the McLennan County Texas District Attorney with the courtroom manner of an infomercial salesman, announced today that his strategy for winning the Twin Peaks case is to do the same thing over and over until he gets s different result. Reyna, just spent 30 months prosecuting Dallas Bandido Christopher Jacob Carrizal for conspiring to murder nine people, conspiring to wound 18 more and leading a criminal street gang “exactly like the Bloods and the Crips.” The prosecution sort of culminated in a five-week-long trial that ended with a hung jury. Multiple reports after the jury was dismissed said...

Hold onto your hats. There’s no way anybody could have seen this coming. The first trial in the Twin Peaks bloodbath case has been delayed indefinitely. In November, Judge Matt Johnson said a member of the Valerosos Motorcycle Club named James Rosas would stand trial beginning January 23 for engaging in organized criminal activity. Rosas would be the first of 154 defendants to stand trial for wearing the wrong clothes to a meeting of the Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents on May 17, 2015. Just a month before, there had been 155 defendants but one of them, a Cossack...

Five more victims of the Great Twin Peaks Massacre Coverup filed suit Wednesday against former Waco Police Chief Brent Stroman, Waco police detective Manuel Chavez, McLennan County, Texas District Attorney Abelino “Abel” Reyna and John Doe, “an employee of the Texas Department of Public Safety that is” as of Wednesday “unnamed.” Twenty-two civil rights lawsuits for false arrest and imprisonment have now been filed against Stroman, Chavez, Reyna and Doe. The new complainants are Walter and Ester Weaver, Michael and Sandra Lynch and Julie Perkins. Complainants Ester Weaver, a member of the women’s only Queens of Sheeba Motorcycle Club was...

Three years into the perversion of justice that began at the Waco, Texas Twin Peaks “breastaurant,” the fundamental, obvious question, the – for want of a more appropriate turn of phrase – satorical question remains unchanged. Why? Why did the Twin Peaks Mass Murder happen? Why didn’t the police stop it? Why did police take pains to contain and video record it instead? Why did the FBI and the Texas Department of Public Safety go out of their way in the month before the tragedy to spook multiple, influential members of the Cossacks Motorcycle Club by telling them that the...

Today the Dallas Morning News published an editorial under a headline that read in part, “biker gangs earning more trust than prosecutors.” “Right after the May 17 motorcycle-gang shootout in Waco,” the editorial squeaks, “this newspaper’s inclination was to believe law enforcers’ account that the nine deaths and 22 injuries were the result of hardened criminal thugs waging a deadly turf battle. But the longer this bizarre case plays out, the more credible the bikers look, and the more it appears that McLennan County officials have something to hide.” If you think you get through the Morning News’ obvious insights...

The various criminal and civil cases associated with the Waco Twin Peaks bloodbath 639 days ago remain fossilized and nobody – certainly not the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas – gives a damn. It has been a year, eight months and 28 days since the illegal, mass arrests. The ACLU’s stated mission is “to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States.” But the disillusioning truth is that the ACLU is just another meetup group for sanctimonious law school grads. And, for the...

The best place to hide a leaf is in a forest. The best place to hide the truth about what happened in the parking lot of the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco is in a confusion of noise. The noise about what happened last May 17 has been coming from three distinct dispute that have been talking over each other for ten months. First, Waco, McLennan County and Texas have brought criminal charges against 186 people so far. Officials argue that going to the Twin Peaks for brunch wearing the wrong article of clothing was a terrorist act. Apparently –...

Whether the truth about what part police played in encouraging the biker brawl in the parking lot of the Waco Twin Peaks restaurant will ever be known or not now depends on the wisdom or foolishness, the cynicism or idealism and the intelligence or stupidity of an elected Dallas judge named Jim Jordan. Jordan is the distinguished looking fellow in the photo above. He was previously, briefly famous for allowing the Boston Red Sox to buy the Liverpool Football Club over the objections of a Dallas gazillionaire who also hoped to own a professional soccer team in an exotic foreign...

Waco might not get away with it. So far it has been impossible to know exactly what all it is that Waco has spent the last 83 days hiding because that’s the nature of official secrecy in an institutionally corrupt Dogpatch run by Jack S. Phogbound. For the last 83 days Waco has been hiding something, maybe many things, about the Twin Peaks Massacre last May 17. For the last 83 days the case has been a black barrel full of question marks. Right out of the gate, it certainly seems obvious as sunrise that the Waco Police, the McLennan...

The 30 Second Video (Waco)

Last week’s hyperbolized release of surveillance video taken on the patio of the Waco Twin Peaks on May 17 hardly qualifies as evidence of anything. CNN correspondent Ed Lavandera reports that “a fight and shootout erupts just off camera…. The reaction tells the story of the chaos and horrific scene that unfolds as the gunshots start exploding.” There might be more to the story than CNN can see. Just before an edit, a couple of Cossacks climb over the railing toward the confrontation. After the edit, Cossacks scramble over the railing back to the now deserted patio. One Cossack draws...

A member of the Desgraciados Motorcycle Club named George Bergman appeared at an examining trial last Friday in Waco. Bergman had just arrived at the Twin Peaks restaurant last May 17 and was walking to the Don Carlos restaurant on the other side of the parking lot to use the bathroom there when he heard a gun shot. He was detained, found to be in possession of two, small, legal knives incarcerated for hours and finally arrested. He spent 20 days in jail before being released on $80,000 bail. He lost his job and continues to suffer from injuries suffered...

There is still no news from Waco. It has been 147 days since the Twin Peaks Massacre in which nine men were gunned down and killed, at least 18 more men were shot and 177 mostly innocent people had their lives ruined on the whim of a monster named Abelino “Abel” Reyna. The inbred power structure in provincial Waco immediately seized control of the narrative. A braying jackass of a man named Patrick Swanton portrayed a confederation of clubs meeting as the Apalachin, New York Mafia Summit of 1957. The world ‘s press dutifully reported that “five biker gangs” had...

The First Amendment to the Constitution states: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. The Waco Police Department and other police departments blatantly tried to prevent a peaceful assembly and public officials have slandered the attendees ever since. The majority of the 176 people arrested after the Waco Massacre were arrested because they were wearing motorcycle club indicia, or insignia, and such...

Today GQ Magazine became the latest national publication to officially notice the ATF instigated police massacre in Waco last May 17. Staff writer Nathaniel Penn gives the incident 5,000 words and, since he is mostly clueless about the context in which the Twin Peaks massacre occurred and he knows it, he admirably resists the temptation to be definitive. He doesn’t break any news. That’s no surprise. Official Waco has been obstructing public scrutiny of what happened at the Twin Peaks for 137 days. Official Waco, particularly the loathsome Abel Reyna who started the coverup by locking up all the witnesses,...

Waco Secret Of The Day

The Waco secret of the day is the surveillance video shot by the Don Carlos Mexican Restaurant in the Central Texas Market Place in Waco on May 17. Dallas Attorney Clint Broden wants a copy. Recent escapees from Syrian prisons need to know that there was a big news event in that shopping center that Sunday around lunch time. Some arbitrary number of people, some number in the low two hundreds, were detained. One hundred seventy-nine people were arrested. A couple of them were let out of jail that night. Police announced there were about 160 arrests. Eventually, after a...

Since the dawn of mass media a century ago, villains have always sought to control how people think and act by controlling what they are allowed to know. Yesterday, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals ruled for the villains. The villain the court invited to stand on its shoulders is McLennan County Criminal District Attorney Abelino “Abel” Reyna. Reyna has emerged as the tyrant in charge of the coverup of the Twin Peaks Massacre in Waco last May 17. He may be a tyrant on behalf of the something bigger than himself, like the FBI, ATF, Homeland Security or Texas...

Be warned, that I am now going choke you with pages of legalese but the words might turn out to be important for you to know or for your lawyer to know. If you get lost reading it just skip to the end of this story. Last month, six days before Christmas, Judge Jim Jordan, who mostly makes his money as a professional mediator and arbiter, issued the following order. The Legal Notice Please take notice that the Waco Police Department and the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office are accepting requests for the return of property related to the May...
