What does it take to get off Wisconsin's ballot? You have one option Robert F. Kennedy’s name will stay on Wisconsin’s presidential election ballot, the state Supreme Court ruled Friday, ending the former independent presidential candidate’s hopes of not competing with former President Donald Trump in the battleground state in November. In a unanimous decision, the Wisconsin Supreme Court dismissed Kennedy’s lawsuit, which he filed in August against the Wisconsin Elections Commission. The lawsuit sought to either remove his name from the ballot or require clerks to place a sticker on each ballot to cover it up. In an unsigned...

Fraud is a permanent part of life. There will always be people who seek illicit advantage by representing themselves as something they are not or promising to do something they don’t intend to do. No area of human life is immune: Financiers, doctors, teachers, car mechanics, plumbers, bridegrooms—there will always be frauds among them. So it’s puzzling when we are told that there is one area of human life where fraud can’t exist.Transgender activists tell us that if a man says he is a woman, we absolutely must believe him - always, without exception. Let’s be clear about what this...

North Carolina removed more than 700,000 ineligible voters from its list of registered voters just weeks before the 2024 election. The North Carolina State Board of Elections announced that it found 747,000 ineligible people on its voter rolls over the past 20 months. The findings come after the board faces a lawsuit from the Republican National Committee (RNC) over the state’s voter rolls. According to the complaint, the election board “allowed over 225,000 people to register to vote with registration forms that failed to collect certain required identification information before the registration forms were processed.” Some registered voters were removed...

Remember when Democrats pushed back against new laws aimed at banning illegal immigrants from voting, insisting that "it’s already illegal" and dismissing concerns as nothing more than a conspiracy theory? Well, surprise, surprise — reports have proven yet another "conspiracy theory" right. The Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project and the guerilla journalists at Muckraker have teamed up to unearth a little scheme down in Arizona — registering illegal aliens to vote. And shocker, I wonder which political party those new "voters" might be supporting? I'll give you one guess, and I bet you'll get it right. The illegals Muckraker interviewed said...

Bump is ready to quickly move on from any issue that could be a problem for the political party he’s trying to help win this election.Because the national news media can’t be bothered to actually scrutinize Kamala Harris’ campaign — they’re trying to help her win, after all — they instead choose to scrutinize anyone else who tries. That’s why rather than sincerely look into Kamala’s relatively new biographical claim that she once slung Happy Meals working at a McDonald’s, The Washington Post’s most willfully obtuse writer, Philip Bump, decided that this week his energy was best spent belittling anyone who...

A New York appellate court is raising questions regarding the penalty and the justification under which AG Letitia James brought the case.Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron ordered in February former President Donald Trump to pay an approximate $450 million penalty in a civil fraud case in which there were no victims. Now, a New York appellate court is raising questions regarding the “troubling” penalty and Attorney General Letitia James’ justification for bringing the case in the first place. James accused Trump of inflating his personal wealth to get better loan terms. Trump, for example, valued his Mar-a-Lago estate at...

On Friday morning, we reported on the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) attack on Hezbollah headquarters, the primary goal of which was the removal of Hezbollah's leader, Hassan Nasrallah. The IDF and the Israeli government, it has been reported, did not notify the United States of their intentions in advance of their attack on Hezbollah headquarters in Lebanon. This begs the question: Why should they? The United States had no advance warning of an Israeli strike in Beirut and U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin spoke with his Israeli counterpart as it was ongoing, a Pentagon spokesperson said on Friday. They were the U.S....

Two weeks before the 2020 presidential election, Politico published a letter signed by 51 former intelligence officers falsely claiming that a New York Post story about the infamous Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation. The letter was organized by Antony Blinken of the Biden campaign and former CIA Director Michael Morell. The CIA cleared it for publication. Many Americans were outraged over this letter because it represented former intelligence officers, several with high-paid government contracts, misusing their profession to meddle in a U.S. presidential election and mislead the American public. Undeterred by the considerable blowback generated by the 2020 Hunter...

The BOP made the decision to transfer all MS-13 inmates to one institution to prevent system-wide gang violence after MS-13 members murdered two rival gang members at USP Beaumont in January 2022,”...

CNN did not report that U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris requires Democrats to take an updated COVID-19 vaccine to vote in the 2024 presidential election, as suggested by a fake screenshot shared on social media. The image is made to resemble a report on the CNN website with the headline: “BREAKING: Kamala to require all democrats to take the updated covid shot in order to vote in November.” It was posted on Facebook, opens new tab captioned, “End this madness, vote Republican!” and garnered comments such as, “I wonder why they don't force the 24 million illegals to take it?”...

It didn’t take long for the eco-zealots to strike again. Just minutes after JustStopOil activists Phoebe Plummer and Anna Holland were jailed for throwing Heinz tomato soup over Van Gogh’s “Sunflowers,” a trio of JSO protesters have again targeted the artist’s work at the National Gallery in London. How very tiresome… The climate protest group tweeted out a video of the group’s latest stunt, urging Brits to “support people in resistance.” The clip of the art attack, which was recorded this afternoon, shows passers-by remonstrating with the JSO activists. Shouting at a room of livid art enthusiasts, the protesters raged:...

Joe Rogan shared an ominous prediction about the state of free speech if Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate Tim Walz win the November election, arguing the Democratic ticket poses a grave threat to the First Amendment. Rogan offered his thoughts on the troubling trend of censorship in the US in a conversation with former Navy Seal, ex-CIA contractor and podcaster Shawn Ryan in an episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” released Thursday. “I don’t think it turns around if Kamala Harris gets into office,” Rogan said of the censorship trend, “I think they clamp down more.” “I...

After years of disruption and vandalism, consequences have finally arrived for "Just Stop Oil" protesters. I'm not just talking about some motorists throwing them out of the street either, as satisfying as that usually is. This time, actual prison sentences were handed down. In October 2022, two women entered the National Gallery in London and threw soup onto a famous Van Gogh painting. They then glued themselves to the wall while ranting about climate change. Video of the incident went viral at the time. Phoebe Plummer, 23, and Anna Holland, 22, were arrested for their deeds, though it wasn't immediately...

If you’re thinking of traveling to or through Western North Carolina in the coming days, better think again. The N.C. Department of Transportation said Friday that all roads in the region should be considered closed. Torrential rain from Hurricane Helene, now a tropical depression, flooded many roads and washed out others. Landslides and downed trees and wires were also blocking the way.
