Republicans took control of the Michigan House and will share power in the Minnesota House, blocking the home-state agenda of Gov. Tim Walz. Republicans have ended Democratic trifectas in Michigan and Minnesota, putting the brakes on progressive bills in those states. Republicans also took control of the Pennsylvania House. They did not lose a single chamber, although Democrats may have forced a tie in the Arizona House. Republicans have dominated state politics since 2010 and now have full control of 23 states, compared to 15 for Democrats. Running for vice president raised Tim Walz’s national profile, but now he has...

The Minnesota House DFL majority that voted to enshrine unlimited abortion and to repeal protection for born-alive infants paid a price at the ballot box yesterday, pointing to the unpopularity of these extreme positions among the state’s voters. Republicans overcame a 6-seat DFL majority to leave the House split 67-67, with two districts with razor-thin DFL leads facing recounts. “Minnesotans want compassionate laws that support both moms and babies. That’s not what we’ve gotten from DFL lawmakers, and all the pro-abortion messaging in this election can’t cover up what they’ve done,” said Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life Co-Executive Director Cathy...

Vice-presidential candidate Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) claimed that former President Donald Trump is a “dictator” trying to “overturn the Constitution” during his rally in Arizona on Saturday. “Momentum is on our side, but we take nothing for granted,” the Democrat said to a Tucson audience. “We know in Arizona a vote or two per precinct could be what it takes to win the whole damn race for the country.”

Kamala Harris has a new 'serious problem' on her hands with just two days to the presidential election. Female voters on both sides of the aisle were turned off by misogynistic comments made by top Harris campaign surrogate Mark Cuban last week saying Donald Trump does not surround himself with 'intelligent women.' And an 'insulting' new Harris-Walz ad suggesting women should 'lie to their husbands' about how they vote isn't helping the Democratic nominee either.

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the leading candidate for his state’s Senate seat, said he would advise Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to strike Iranian ballistic missile factories. In an interview on NBC News’s “Meet the Press,” Schiff said such a response would be “proportionate” after Iran launched a barrage of ballistic missiles last week aimed at Israel. “If I were advising the Prime Minister of Israel, I would say, go after those ballistic missile factories storage areas,” Schiff said. “That would be proportionate, in my view,” Schiff continued. “But it would also help degrade Iran’s capacity.”

A California man ended up in the hospital after a dispute with his neighbor over his Donald Trump flag. John Muder from Orange County said his neighbor recently had their Kamala Harris and Tim Waltz outdoor sign stolen. Muder thinks the neighbor assumed he was the one who took it because of his pro-Trump display. He told FOX 11: 'He was thinking it was me because I have my Trump sign, which is the furthest from the truth.' The next thing Muder knew, the Trump banner hanging above his Ladera Ranch home's garage was missing.

Multiple Somali leaders during a news conference on Saturday in Saint Paul, Minnesota, voiced their support for former President Donald Trump as Election Day nears. One man who explained he has been a lifelong Republican said he loves Trump. “The reason why is because he’s a fighter. That’s it. We like fighters,” he stated.

Former President Donald Trump is poised to secure a significant electoral victory, potentially “sweeping battleground states,” according to Rasmussen’s head pollster, who sees the current race favoring Trump in the national popular vote, suggesting a larger “political realignment” is underway, and foreseeing an outcome that could echo — or even exceed — Ronald Reagan’s historic landslide win over Jimmy Carter in 1980. In a striking forecast days before the 2024 presidential election, Rasmussen’s head pollster, Mark Mitchell, is suggesting that Donald Trump will secure a strong lead nationally and dominate in key battleground states, positioning him for a sweeping victory....

A letter recently uncovered showcased Minnesota Governor and Democrat Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz bragging about Minnesota’s connection to several top Chinese leaders. The 2021 letter, discovered by Fox News Digital, was originally posted by the Minnesota International Chinese School. “Minnesota has a longstanding relationship with the people of China,” Walz (D-Minn.) wrote. “The state has promoted Minnesota’s connections with China and has hosted numerous senior Chinese leaders for decades. Thousands of Minnesotans claim ancestral connections to China, which has helped foster numerous ties between Minnesota and China.” “These ties are rapidly expanding through the growth of education, trade, and...

emocratic nominee Kamala Harris' running mate Tim Walz on Friday called Tesla boss Elon Musk a 'gay guy', sparking backlash on social media. At a campaign stop in Detroit, Michigan, the Minnesota governor was talking about billionaires when he brough up Musk's name. “If you’re a billionaire - Elon Musk, for example say - that guy, that gay guy [chuckles]…Michigan knows that word,” Walz said. “Look, that dude got a tax cut…”

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz ridiculed Donald Trump on the campaign trail after the former president appeared to briefly struggle while climbing into a garbage truck. Trump staged the moment to hit at President Joe Biden for calling Trump supporters garbage – or at least seeming to do so in a mangled comment during a zoom fundraising call. Trump's team engineered a PR coup by having the former president get inside a garbage truck to condemn his rival, then appear in a safety vest during an election when working class voters are key. But footage of Trump briefly missing the truck's...

Across Minnesota, more than 105 district court seats are up for election next week. But just six are contested. And only one has garnered the attention of partisan politicos. In the 10th Judicial District—which covers eight counties that wrap around the northern portion of the Twins Cities—attorney Nathan Hansen is hoping to unseat one-term incumbent Judge Helen Brosnahan, who was appointed to the bench by DFL Gov. Tim Walz just two years ago, after Judge Tad Jude announced his retirement and intent to run for attorney general. Although judicial candidates don’t typically seek political party endorsements, Hansen is bucking that...

In February 2023, Israeli-American journalist Gal Luft published an extraordinary post on X revealing the Biden family’s alleged ties to Chinese military intelligence. Since then, Luft has been arrested, released and rearrested. Meanwhile, the bombshell allegations were never investigated.

The second man to walk on the moon has come forward with his pick for the 2024 presidential election. Buzz Aldrin, 94, who walked on the lunar surface with Neil Armstrong in 1969, endorsed Donald Trump Wednesday, citing how America needs a 'a proven, serious, and tested leader.' The legendary astronaut wrote in an address that Trump's previous term reignited America's interest in space, pushing for NASA to return the moon and venture to Mars.

Arnold Schwarzenegger announced he will be voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 presidential election. The former Republican governor of California shared his shock endorsement on X Wednesday. 'I don’t really do endorsements. I’m not shy about sharing my views, but I hate politics and don’t trust most politicians,' the actor wrote. Despite that, the Terminator star, 77, said that it's time for the country 'to move forward,' and that 'the only way to do that is with Harris and Walz.' 'We need to close the door on this chapter of American history, and I know that...

President Joe Biden’s “garbage” smear does not undercut the Vice President Kamala Harris message of “unity,”‘ Gov. Tim Walz (D) indicated Wednesday. Biden’s smear on Tuesday overshadowed Harris’s closing argument that night in which she said she would be a president for “all Americans.” The pledge came just days after she called former President Donald Trump a “fascist.” “I have to ask, does that undercut this closing message of unity from your campaign,” asked CBS News’s Tony Dokoupil about Democrats long list of demonizing Trump supporters. “No, certainly not,” Walz replied:

Former President Donald Trump could be closing in on Virginia and Minnesota, recent surveys reveal. A recent Rasmussen Reports/American Thinker survey asked likely voters in Virginia, “If the 2024 Presidential election were held today, and the candidates were Vice President Kamala Harris and Former President Donald Trump, who would you vote for?” The survey shows a tight race, as Vice President Kamala Harris leads with 48 percent support. Trump trails by just two percentage points, garnering 46 percent support. Another two percent said “other,” and three percent remain unsure — more than enough to swing the race in either direction.
