The Immigration and Naturalization Service was checking Al-Hamdani's record Thursday to see how he got into the United States.

They've had him in custody before and they're JUST NOW CHECKING THIS???

The FBI is handling the case and refused to comment.

I guess I wouldn't comment either...considering the circumstances! Sheesh!
