[history]
Phoenix authorities have arrested an Iraqi man on the FBI's Watch List who is suspected of having connections to "known terrorist groups" and who fought against the United States in Desert Storm in 1991, authorities said.
Alidai Al-Hamdani, 27, was formerly employed by Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, according to police reports. He was arrested Wednesday at a home in the 6700 block of North 32nd Drive on an outstanding warrant in Maricopa County for unlawful flight and probation violation, said Phoenix police spokesman Tony Morales.

I flew through Sky Harbor twice this past December. And I saw one practice that curled my hair. I won't say what it was here, but they'd better not be getting cocky at that airport.

Al-Hamdani ... fathered one or two illegitimate children with American girlfriends Oh, great, and in fifteen years those children may each fly a Cessna into some Phoenix highrise to show their family's devotion to their cause! Hopefully President Bush and his Republican successors will have the US of A back in reasonably good shape by then.

This name--Alidai Al-Hamdani--familiar to anyone?
To: RoughDobermann
He didn't fight in the Gulf War, the groups he's associated with did.

Oh nice, that's not that far from where I live. Actually, I think there's a lot more here in Phoenix. I hope they round them all up before we strike.
To: RoughDobermann
Send him back to father saddam. The torture practice the don of Baghadad will have with himn would be fitting end.

The Immigration and Naturalization Service was checking Al-Hamdani's record Thursday to see how he got into the United States. They've had him in custody before and they're JUST NOW CHECKING THIS???
The FBI is handling the case and refused to comment.
I guess I wouldn't comment either...considering the circumstances! Sheesh!
