I did see some Arab men taking pictures of a bridge in DC a few weeks back. It's a bridge on Connecticut Ave. over Rock Creek Park, a major artery into the city. They were acting quite suspiciously. One guy looked like he was taking measurments. I flagged a cop down and he wanted no part of it. What can you do?
