special counsel Jack Smith said in court filings late Tuesday evening that the judge had ordered briefings based on a “fundamentally flawed” understanding of the case that has “no basis in law or fact. Who ya gonna believe - "Jerk" Smith, lying piece of Democrat dog excrement, or your lying eyes?

This is an interesting turn of events.
It's what I've always said...Anything he designated as his when he cleaned out his files...is his...as President and for his lifetime.
Hundreds of people in the administration can issue "Classiied" information. And those same people can unclassify them. It doesn't take the President.
