A Fulton County judge has ruled that special prosecutor Nathan Wade's former law partner and divorce attorney, Terrence Bradley, must retake the stand in former President Donald Trump's Georgia election interference case to testify on topics not covered by attorney-client privilege

When he left the court after his prior testimony, it would seem that he would have been motivated to spill his guts.
Team Willis TRASHED him when the smart move would have been to let it go, because Bradley did NOT do any MORE damage to Willis and Wade than they had done with their own testimony.
I agree with your comment, in the week since his last testimony he has been “worked” over with every threat in they could muster.

She’s in a no-win situation. Each and every question, statement she makes trying to get an answer has got to be so frustrating with this clown stumbling, bumbling through one lie after another. I give her credit for maintaining her composure.

It has to be frustrating for attorney Merchant since she has all those emails from him containing information from him that he now says he can’t remember.
I hope attorney Gillen also gets to ask questions. I think he is better prepared and more experienced than Merchant.

I wish this guy was being examined by Tony Buzbee, he’d be bleeding and screaming on the floor. This fellow, Fani and her booty call are terrible lawyers as are 95% of lawyers in the US.

and on top of all this today you have to remember that this judge donated to Fani’s campaign and had worked under herd in the past AND he is up for reelection in I think March of this year in Fulton County,,,,, and this judge needs the black vote and his house not burned down,

She’s a defense attorney.
Impeaching lying witnesses is not something that she is experienced at.
I agree, Gillen is first rate at asking questions.
The client that had not a single invoice generated for services rendered.
The client that didn’t pay him a dime for his so called services.
