You’re right. This is so convoluted. I have a hard time deciding which side a witness is testifying for or against.

I can't imagine that she is a pleasure to work for. She acts like a princess and treats other people like commoners. Remember that she fired her best friend (since college) when this friend blew the whistle to Fani on the office abuse of Federal monies.

I couldn’t tell for sure either. Anyone it looks like we are done for the day. And I think they agreed the Judge would hear Mr. Bradley’s testimony in chambers today but we will never learn the details of that conversation.
The judge has to be exhausted. He had to have a scorecard to keep up with all the different attorneys and who they represent, plus all the pending motions and objections. I don’t envy him his job, but I’m still convinced he will rule against Willis.
I thought Bradley did as much as he could to not tell everything he knew about the affair. Bradley has to be upset how team Willis team treated him. In my view, he could get back on the stand and provide info which could be corroborated by other sources and by other means. Trying to impeach him on what happened at the law firm does seem like a strategy that could do them more good than harm. It seems he was able to leave with no formal judgement in the matter. The money left in escrow was a settlement in effect but not in formality. They should have let Bradley’s testimony rest.
Wait until he says tomorrow….. I thought closely about some of the defense questions…. And you know…. Wade did tell me while were at a bar that he was sleeping with Fanni in 2020….
The phone call Bradley received about remembering his privilege was a warning to him that Wills/Wade would reveal the sexual harassment allegations against him and ruin his career.

Also there is pressure by other lawyers whether it be the local bar association or just other lawyers not to snitch or testify against a fellow lawyer.
This judge has been rightly criticized.
But he said the magic words this morning, when said violation of subpoena.
A lot was going on behind the scenes and everything that could be done, was done to see that Bradley didn’t testify.
There's Perjury. Campaign Finance violations. Potential IRS violations and those are the three off the top of my head.
Blackmail is a crime too, witness tampering and more.
If Fani Willis escapes this and the case against Trump in GA doesn't get blown apart completely by this, law abiding citizens everywhere in this country have a moral duty to act.
It will be a declaration of tyranny and two-tiered justice. We can't vote our way out of this. They've rigged elections and they continue to rub our noses in that.
