Biden's Unannounced Nighttime Speech an Absolute DISASTER
PJ Media ^ | 8 Feb 2024 | Matt Margolis

Posted on 02/08/2024 7:12:41 PM PST by Rummyfan

President Joe Biden took to the microphone for an unannounced address on Thursday night, following the release of the politically devastating Special Counsel report that said he "willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen." While the report stated that such actions "present serious risks to national security,” Biden will not face charges because he presents himself as an “elderly man with a poor memory” and it would be difficult to convince a jury he is guilty of a serious felony because to commit such a crime “requires a mental state of willfulness.” The report elaborated by pointing out he couldn’t even remember when he was vice president and didn’t even remember when his son Beau died.

The address was scheduled for 7:45 p.m. but did not actually get underway until around 8 — well past his usual 7 p.m. bedtime.

I can't explain how or why Biden's handlers felt it was a good idea to trot him out at night to talk about the special counsel report, but it did not go well. He was belligerent and defensive, and it was a terrible look. When he addressed the report claiming that he couldn't remember when his son died, it really got bad.

"How in the hell dare he raise that," Biden said angrily, concluding that it is "none of their damn business."

"For any extraneous commentary, they don't know what they're talking about," Biden insisted, even though the report presented direct quotes. "It has no place in this report."

Biden also blamed his staff for storing classified documents in his home, office, and garage, insisting, "I take responsibility for not having seen exactly what my staff would do!"

That is certainly the issue.

Joe Biden is incompetent to stand trial so let him get back to presidentin’!

Durned mean old MAGAs want to hound an old man who’s just trying to his job.

“He doesn’t have the mental capacity to participate in his own defense now”

The Special Prosecutor can make that determination if they want to do so, but on reflection its seems like he should have ordered a full dementia exam as a part of the process.

Otherwise he is just making raw assertions in an area where he lacks professional expertise.

Dementia Joe blames his staff, throws them under the bus.
Joe is responsible for taking the documents in the first place.
Joe is responsible for keeping the stolen classified documents secret.
If Joe’s staff lost control of his stolen classified documents than Joe is responsible
Joe and staff were extremely careless with our nation secrets.
Maybe Joe and staff shouldn’t take a picture of a sleeping berth on a submarine...that would get them arrested

Come on, man, no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.

If it weren’t for The RICO Bribe Lobby, there would be a full “Mueller” probe, non stop media plastered for years if necessary, followed by impeachment full force. Inside, there are zero rules, zero enforcement protection racket.
Clinton B
Clinton H
Bushes
McConnell

Trump is outside of The Operation, RICO Lobby. Zero protection.

My only question is "How will they SCRIPT his stage exit?"

Will he have an accident? Will they claim he's fallen ill? Will he meet with an untimely "elderly" accident? It's GOT to HAPPEN before summer sets in.

Where did Biden’s crimes regarding the documents occur? DC? No jury would convict. Delaware? No jury would convict. Pennsylvania? Likely no jury would convict. Now if Trump were charged in those jurisdictions, the opposite would be true. That is the state of justice in America today.

It’s not about Biden per se. It’s a catfight over who is in control between Dr. Jill and Obama’s girls.

Republicans need to start demanding debates between Biden and Trump so that the American public can see just how mentally fragile Slow Joe really is.

Of course his political handlers (I like to refer to them and the elder abusers) are going to strictly limit Joe’s off script public appearances for obvious reasons.

Sounds like this would make for a good 2 minute campaign ad.

If only the money was being raised for it. Too bad.

Yes they failed. Dems know it well, but the loyal won’t dare mention it. This was theater very badly acted out. All Biden can do is scream “Hell” and Yell at the Clouds now.

Oh what a tangled web we weave/When first we practice to deceive,’

They seated an unelected sick man and they knew it when they took control of the government. I never liked that vindictive man.. He had a mean streak, but his family and the democrats showed to what lengths they would go for 3 years in the White House and the rotten fruit it brought and the sour unforgetful legacy of Joe Biden.
