King Charles has been diagnosed with a form of cancer, says Buckingham Palace.

It is not prostate cancer, but was discovered during his recent treatment for an enlarged prostate.

The type of cancer has not been revealed, but according to a palace statement the King began "regular treatments" on Monday.

Buckingham Palace says the King "remains wholly positive about his treatment and looks forward to returning to full public duty as soon as possible".

I’m in a chat group with the first person I’ve ever known to have had an arranged marriage. Hers, luckily for her, worked out well.

I know he’s already on the Canadian Silver Maple Leafs... they keep putting them on sale because nobody wants them.

And I agreed with you. The swollen sausage fingers looked like congestive heart failure to me. His whole body was swollen up with edema at the coronation. No wonder he was in such a foul mood.

Interesting that the UK’s enemedia is already agitating for Harry and the York daughters to be inflicted on the public.

Can Andrew be far behind...

Yeah, well Harry better behave himself. Seriously, all it would take is a demand for a YDNA test and the Markles’ free royal ride is over.

I have not heard that about prostate cancer, but there is HPV correlation with throat, esophageal and mouth/tongue cancers in men. Which... well... use your imagination how it got there.

The elite want a depopulation of the whole planet. I’m pretty sure they didn’t mean “them”.

I remember hearing Diana say in an interview that she had always had a crush on Andrew and had his pictures on her wall as a girl. When they told her it would be Charles instead of Andrew, she was all, "Well okay then..."

Poor girl was nothing more than a broodmare to them.

You might want to consider getting on an intermittent fasting protocol pronto if this is your family history. Look up Dr. Jason Fung.

Few people remember just how determinedly Diana had set out to become the Princess of Wales.

In 1980, she’d twice gone to stay with her sister Jane, who was married to Robert Fellowes, then the Queen’s assistant private secretary, at their cottage on the Balmoral estate. And after the second visit, she’d been invited to spend four days at the castle to join one of the regular Royal house parties.

During her time there, recalled one member of staff, Diana was desperate to make an impression.

‘Most of the ladies do not get up until after the guns have gone out, but Diana was always up early. If you looked out of your window at a quarter to eight, you would see her walking in the garden, and she made a great point of being there to see them off.

‘It was then that she played her sharpest card. She would go around telling everybody how much she loved Balmoral and that it was such a magical place and how she loved it beyond imagination.’

Impressed, Prince Charles started asking her to accompany him fishing and to join him on long walks through the estate in which she professed such an interest.

Diana, everyone agreed, was ‘enchanting’.

The Queen, alert to a possible new woman in her son’s life, had just two reservations. She wondered whether anyone that young could differentiate between the man and the prince. And she couldn’t help thinking that the Spencer girl would be far better suited to her younger son, Andrew.

Oh, yeah, good catch!
The story of Oliver Cromwell's head is perhaps the most bizarre, yet least well known, of all tales from English history. This documentary tells the full story of this extraordinary artefact. It’s a strange and grisly saga that runs from dark conspiracy to detective story - touching upon kings, radicals, eccentric collectors, society ladies, strumpets, and forensic scientists.

If Charles should die, what becomes of Camilla?

Dowager Queen

The former Queen Mother was the former Queen.

So will Camilla be, if she is widowed. Neither she nor the former Queen Mother were hereditary queens; but they each were given the title because they were married to a hereditary sovereign King.

The difference is that Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon was the biological mother of the sovereign Queen Elizabeth II.

Camilla, no biological nor adoptive relation to William and not married to his father during his childhood, would not be entitled to use the style "Queen Mother." Rather she would be "Camilla, Queen Dowager" or "the Dowager Queen."

if I were a British Subject. If Harry is anywhere near the throne, I’d be doing everything in my power to abolish the monarchy.

Why, when there are a couple of dozen others in the line of succession? Just strip the title from the problem person. And his American handler.

UK law allows the UK sovereign to claim custody of any grandchildren, because they are in the line of succession. Queen Elizabeth could not claim Harry’s children, because they were her great-grandchildren; but now that Charles is King, he can invoke this step. Obviously he hasn’t wanted to; still, I doubt MeAgain will ever let them go to UK.

I have had a theory for several years that Ginge and Whinge have a long-term plan for Glorious Revolution 2.0

It goes like this: They go on Oprah to accuse an unnamed senior royal (but not HMQ or Philip) of being a racist for asking what color their firstborn would be.

HMQ and Philip, the non-racists, pop their clogs.

This leaves HRH, William, and Kate. Ginge and Whinge refuse to name the racist, who is now down to Prince of Wales or Mrs. Prince.

Now, Charles has cancer. It is possible that a succession is closer than suspected. As Charles declines, a Netflix special to “name the racist” is planned.

Now, being a “racist” in 21st Century Britain is 1000 times worse than being a Catholic ever could be in 1688.

Demonstrations erupt. Steven Lawrence’s mother (Steven Lawrence is their George Floyd), who is now Baroness Lawrence of Clarendon, sitting in the House of Lords, calls on Parliament to alter the line of succession just as they did in 1688, and to call on the King across the water to come home with his bride, and to reign, not as William and Mary but as Harry and Meaghan.

I can see it now.
