The nation’s top public health agency did not send an alert on COVID-19 vaccines and heart inflammation because officials were concerned they would cause panic, according to an email obtained by The Epoch Times.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 2021 drafted an alert for heart inflammation, or myocarditis, and the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. Officials prepared to release it to the public, taking steps including having the agency’s director review the language, internal documents show.
“The pros and cons of an official HAN are what the main discussion are right now,” Dr. Sara Oliver, the official, wrote in the missive. “I think it’s likely to be a HAN since that is CDC’s primary method of communications to clinicians and public health departments, but people don’t want to appear alarmist either.”
Dr. Oliver was corresponding with an employee of either Pfizer or Moderna. The employee’s name and email were redacted in the copy obtained by The Epoch Times.
Kim Witczak, a drug safety advocate who helped convince regulators to add a suicide warning to antidepressants, said the CDC’s move to downplay heart inflammation fits into a longstanding pattern of transparency issues with agencies and drug companies.
“I can’t even believe that this was even a discussion where they’re like, ‘We don’t want to alarm them.’ We do need to alarm people. We need people to be aware that this is a real potential [problem] that could happen,” Ms. Witzcak told The Epoch Times.

Balderdash. They hid the information because they wanted vaccinations to continue. Period. Consequences be damned.
But it was A-OK to CAUSE PANIC by telling everyone they would die if they DIDN'T get the "vaccine", didn't "shelter in place", didn't wear a gimp mask, etc.
Just another government agency chock full of liars, crooks, and incompetence.

Congress made the drug companies not be liable for anything. Someone would have to prove intentional wrongdoing.
I’m thinking employers that mandated the vaccine will be liable, but that would put everybody out of work if every employer was sued into bankruptcy.
Everyone should find great comfort knowing there was no wide spread panic as millions died or were injured from the vaccine.

Spot on. The attempt to now obfuscate and cover up is fully underway, i.e., “we didn’t know at the time.” ( Which sound spectacularly like, “I was just following orders.”) Complete nonsense. They knew a whole lot more than they ever admitted at the time, as we suspected and now see. The abject hysteria that was deliberately fomented was political at its very root core and now tens of millions of people have died or will have reduced life spans due the diabolically evil effort to “get Trump” no matter the cost.

So they knew that myocarditis (which could kill a person) was connected to the jab back in May 2021, but didn’t want to cause a panic so they mandated the jab? How evil is that?
I’ll go even further. Let’s suppose — for just a microsecond — that this report is correct: that they had an “uh-oh” moment when realizing the harm that the vaccine might cause. What would be the normal reaction to such a revelation... even if you were concerned about “panic”?

> You might issue a guideline suggesting that certain groups of people who might be susceptible to myocarditis should avoid or delay vaccination.
> You might stop (or at least slow down) the criticism of those refusing the vaccine... particularly at the legislative levels.
> You might encourage additional studies to determine if myocarditis is a widespread problem — or at least to tie down the specific indicators of people most impacted.
Any of this happen?? Not only did it not happen, the OPPOSITE did. Any/all vaccine-negative studies were either scrapped or discredited. PSA’s and celebrity endorsements were doubled-down on. Legal slams in both medical and non-medical communities were imposed with draconian force and speed. Reports of problems with the vaccine were ignored and suppressed.
We remember these things. And no: a softball ‘email leak’ report like this isn’t going to change any of that.
Which is what they did from the start with all their ridiculous demands, like the mRNA non stop ads insisting you get one or risk death of you and your family and friends. And things like meatball cuomo threatening pubs and such that they MUST serve (for a cost) a meatball or other entree every time a patron orders a beer at the bar.
The CDC stopped being about “science and medicine” decades ago in favor of being a lickspittle, leftist Administration puppet for political purposes.
Once enough people have lost enough/have nothing left to lose. I think that's still not very soon, though things can always change or accelerate rapidly. Point is, a lot more people are going to have to get a lot more miserable before that breaking point is reached.
I STILL see commercials about getting shots/boosters. But a lot less than before. Why is this still on the market?
